Friendly cheerful service and the cost is very reasonable with no unexpected additional costs.

I told the guy to put the old tyre in my spare tyre, As my spare tyre is flat.
And end up they did not do it. I am not happy of the service at all.

All work carried out on my car most satisfactory. As the customer I do appreciate the personal information passed on at the reception of some further work to be carried out at a later date. A further booking has been made. Thanks Ryan.

I always have a good experience when I book my car in for a service. The turn around time is reasonable, they dont rip you off and only tell you what is really needed for the car.

Excellent customer service, they thoroughly explained the warranties and didn't try to sell me extra tyres that were not needed at the time.
Have used the Midland store for many years and will continue to do so.

I went in to get my car serviced because the check engine light, the ESC indicator light and the power steering light was on. I was also losing power to my engine and the tachometer wasn’t working. I told the person who took my keys about this issue and asked if they could have a look and fix it and I was happy to pay the extra to find and fix the problem. After leaving it to get fixed I came back to collect my car and was told (only when I asked) that they didn’t fix it and I need to see an auto sparky to find the problem. I then took it to Hyundai and they investigated it and found it was the crankshaft positioning sensor. Which was fixed immediately and my car is now fine.

Effective reminder notifications. Everything went as per schedule. The correct tyres had been fitted in the time that they said it would take.
I want to add that the Viking Tera Tech tyres not only look smart on my BT-50 but they run comfortably, quiet, stable response and give good fuel consumption as per the first 200 Km.

Such a great experience. We were damsels in distress and Ryan from Midland MyCar was very very helpful. So glad we chose here to stop in to get some help! Highly recommend for great quality service.

We changed 4 tyres and wheel alignment in our mitsubishi outlander. No deal on tyres.every other stores have deal buy 3 and get 1 free or cash back, pretty disappointing.
We had to go back again because wheel alignment was not done properly.
