I booked my car in for a service the mechanics found problems that needed fixing it had to be done as I am going away, they were able to do it that same day as my service was booked in.
I really appreciated that.
The ser ice is excellent.

Great customer service. Were able to to a tyre repair last minute and were timely in doing so.

From the time I called to book my car in for it's service to the minute my car was returned I was more than happy with the service. The work was done to a high standard and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for my next service and will recommend you to anyone who is looking to get a service on their car.

Quick and efficient service

I Was served by a woman who did not fully disclose the price for a service and so I was charged an extra $200+ at payment. I was informed by another worker that she was 100% meant to disclose that. I then booked a safety certificate when I picked up my car from service, so they already knew it was going to fail as per what was found in the service but they booked it anyway. And then the same woman tried to charge me $165 instead of the $99 inspection fee that I agreed to. Thankfully a different worker was there when I picked up my car and I asked why it was $165 to confirm. He simply reduced the price for me. They also told me I need a new windshield due to it being “significantly sandblasted” when it is not even a little sandblasted, nor do I drive on rough roads. I will not be going here again. I have been to other MyCars and their service was been great but this one is just not trustworthy. They, or at least that worker, seems to exploit the fact that many people don’t know much about cars or stand up for themselves.

Unfortunately, my experiences with the receptionist (a female ) have not been positive. I frequently feel rushed or dismissed, as she tends to respond before I have finished explaining. This creates a tense environment that makes visits unpleasant. I hope customer service standards can be improved. My Car Morayfield 4506

The whole process was smooth. From booking the appointment, dropping off my car and picking it up. The staff on the front desk (Emily) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was as quoted.

The service was excellent. The gentleman that serve me was polite and knew what he was telling me. I can not fault him in anyway.
