Elantra Logbook Service
My 2026 Elantra was out of its Novated Lease 3 years ago and because it's lucky if it comes close to doing 5000km a year I chose the KM on the sticker rather than the date. (missed the fine print saying "whichever come first" hehe)
While shopping I received an email saying the car needed 4 tyres and a couple of other things also doing. I rang and asked if I had to book it in for a future service or add to the current one. GREAT news, added to the current service so I wandered the shopping centre a bit more waiting for the txt to say it was ready.
The new tyres DEFINITELY made a difference as soon as I drove off, the 'drumming' that was starting had gone.
Great service, communication and friendly staff. and as an added peace of mind comes with Free Roadside Assistance Policy.

My car had broken down and the guys looked at it the next day and were very informative. Recommend the car go to the dealership MG as they were unable to repair the issue without the tools needed. They were so helpful with recommending where and helped me with getting the car towed to the dealership.
Then after all of this over 2 days I went to pay for the service given and was told there was no charge.
I was so taken back that I cried.
I have been going to this branch for all services since buying the car in 2023.

The team fitted new tires to my EV. The job was professionally done, and the advantages of MyCar (road damage warranty and puncture repair, etc.) was explained clearly without feeling over simplified.

I was advised about any upfront costs and asked before any surprise costs which was good. I booked in for a service however, I never received a quote to my email regarding work I need to have done on my car.

I have always found the staff
at "My Car " Morayfield to be friendly, obliging and cooperative.
I feel confident that my car will be serviced appropriately and any time additional work is required, I am informed upfront so no nasty surprises..Thank you for your care.

The only problem for me personally is that I had to wait 3 hrs due to booking by the call center forced my appointment to to be extended far more than to be reasonably expected, I appreciate the crew for doing well so I wasn't delayed any longer. My future use of mycar is in doubt

Staff were professional, informative, quick to explain problem and solution. At no time did I feel ignored as I waited in the office. My care was given back in the same clean condition.

My car has running the best it ever has since service and new tyres. I only dealt with lovely gentleman at front desk. He was very friendly,down to earth .
