Made my car worse
Car parked without the handbrake on. Recommended further services I had just paid for. Didn’t reattach one side of the front underbody guard; which tore off on the freeway at 110km.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They fixed up all the niggly minor problems I’ve been having during my major service, without additional charges. It is refreshing to deal with someone that does not seem to squeeze every single cent out of you every time you set foot in the shop. I will certainly be back, and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Great customer service but…
Great customer service but the service techs left black greese footprints on my new floor mats and handprints on the drivers side door below the window. They probably should take some more care next time.
