Samantha on the phone was very helpful and resourceful. Then when the van arrived to get the tyre fixed it was fast, good customer service, honest and friendly.

Also had an instance last month were my ute started misfiring, I took it in to see what could be done and Rick advised to being it in the next day and leave it with them, which I did, and they had it fixed by midday.

I have done my car's logbook service at Mycar Mt Gravatt for few years now, the service provided is outstanding, you have everything clearly described to you, fairly priced and excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend using them for a hassle free car service or tyre replacement.

Completed the scheduled logbook service as per manufacturer guidelines. Engine oil and filter were replaced, and a full vehicle inspection was carried out, including brakes, fluids, battery, and tyres. The car is running smoothly, and I’m satisfied with the overall service quality.

Friendly and professional, they squeezed me in and the boys stayed back after a extremely busy day with no time for lunch just to make sure my car was safe for me and my kid's and ready early as I was rearranging lifts for my kid's appointments for the next day.

Amazing staff, always go above and beyond. I have been coming here for years, they always look after me.

I had been having issues with my Alternator belt shredding, with nobody being able to tell me what was causing it.
I asked Mycar to check the tension on the belt (no mention of the issues) and they actually took it upon themselves to check any issues. My Harmonic Balancer was splitting and needed replacing.
This surprised me as I hadn't mentioned anything and it turns out that this was the cause of my issues.
They staff were friendly and thorough
