Good communication, ease of leaving keys out of hours, attending to all items as discussed on report and adjusting as needed with a simple call. Also offered good advice and completed a roadworthy safety certificate that I have confidence in accepting.

The whole process was smooth and easy - booking, reminders, checking car in on the day; the service was efficient and I was notified in a timely manner when my car was ready for pick-up.

Wrong Dianostic for air conditioning problems. After re-gassing, we're told that it is the problem with the valve followed by a third recommendation with changing the compressor. It seems that the technician had no idea of the problem. We did not proceed.
