I purchase my tyres from Mycar tyre and auto Mount Waverley as the service is awesome, prices are competitive. The free puncture repair is convenient.

Booked in quickly and the paperwork was ready when I arrived to drop the car off so didn’t have to wait around. Phone call to let me know what I needed re: the service. Texted to let me know it was ready for pick up. Couldn’t be happier.

Had a tyre replaced at mycar Mt Waverley and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done without any hassle. Quick turnaround and great service, will definitely come back for future servicing needs.

The mechanic went above and beyond to take off my T-belt warning sign free of charge when I told him I didn’t need change it.

From the minute I called and spoke to the woman on the phone to the minute I went to mount Waverley store , it was 100% gold star service beyond my expectations . Quick prompt response , no waiting , knowledgeable, great customer service and extra value added

The staff member was courteous and helpful. He was very accommodating - I needed tyres urgently and even though I had left it to the last minute, he managed to book me in for the next day.

Was getting my car in for service and whatever else they were able to find wrong. Got the phone call saying g front brakes needed new pads and diff oil change. Was happy to proceed at time I also mentioned I think there's a coolant problem. When picking my car up I asked about this coolant issue which i was told the levels were checked and topped up.

3 days later I'm heading away I get an hour down the road and my car over heats. I got it to a mechanic who has told me that my head gasket was leaking and the head may be cracked. He said this coolant leak should've been picked up. So I'm now looking at a massive bill to fix this. My car will never be coming near this service centre ever again

Was charged an extra $30 when buying new tyres to swap one with the spare
