4k to replace a part worth 150$?
Was quoted between 3k and 4k to fix a clock spring on the steering column. I googled the part and found it was 150$, and would take a few hours of labour to fix. I'm not sure where the more than 3k in labour costs come from. This is a blatant attempt to extort a customer who placed their trust in My Car.

Ordered and payed for new front tyres…
Ordered and payed for new front tyres in November put car in yesterday February 23 2026 for a service and new tyres well went to pick car up Tyres were not ordered I’m over 80 yrs old found it hard to take having to come back again oh I hope things do improve
