The mycar Rochedale team were fantastic. Unfortunately the workshop had been broken onto the previous evening and staff were trying to get things back in order when I attended. I was surprised to hear they could fit new tyres for me the next day.

Awesome team. Was able to booked in quickly for a logbook service, get a timely quote for urgent repairs and aircon issues. This is my second time at Mycar Rochedale and I’m very happy with the service by the team there. Highly recommend.

Previous tyres were under mycare plan, and still under warranty. Your Rochedale store asked me there is no manager and they will consult with the corporate office. No one contacted me. I always get the tyres rotated and balanced every 10k as suggested. Then the manager asked me to get a wheel alignment done from a third party.
Then I took the car to Garden City store, the guy was very helpful. I paid for the alignment and new tyres there. If the tyres were still under warranty, why should I pay the full amount? I think your corporate office and stores need to have better communication, and the warranties should be considered.

Super friendly, helpful, competitively priced. I coukdn’t get an appointment at QFord for over a month, My Car Rochedale squeezed me in, in just over a week, and I really appreciated that.
They diagnosed the cars problem, rang me, re-quoted my price and my car was ready by 2pm as requested. No problems. I will definitely be taking the car back there for its servicing from now on.

On the downside, sometimes a basic puncture can be complementary for existing customers...I had to pay for this one.

Friendly, flexible, reasonable price, but car tyre warranty expired by 1 week and I end up paying full cost
