Not a worm welcome.
When pick up car, asked for further information about care plan, pointed to brother and asked me to read. Usually other company put sticker on windshield about what kilometres I need to rotate tyres. No stickers in car.

Great service as always. Required urgent repairs recently and was all sorted within a day. Thank you!

Rockingham Park store provided the best service today when my car broke down at the shopping centre. Superstars for sure

Work done as designated timing.
Call before changing or of non-standard items.

Would be happier if they could blow the little cobweb in the engine compartment.

Booking is easy. Prices comparatively better than dealers.
Sad to say I needed my glow plugs changed on my Ford Ranger, however I was told you don't do that job and referred me to the dealer.
You're always my first choice however.

Booking a 2.30pm appointment to collect an hour later only to be told at the counter when arriving to drop the car off that I wouldn’t be able to pick up until 5-5.30pm so had to rebook for about 11 days later.
Wheels were oily on collection.
Having to return a third time due to a warning light about tyre pressure and a beeping.

Great service. Was given good reasons to my cars issues and was given great information on what to get sorted first. Would recommend them to family and friends. Good team

Great customer service

The wrong tyre was changed, leaving the tyre with the screw in it on the car, despite the guy at the counter seeing the screw in the tyre and telling me it couldn't be plugged and I'd need a new tyre, which was a shock, and it had to be ordered. And as I drove home, a tyre pressure warning message came up on the screen for the wrong tyre - I'd never seen that before. I returned to the service depot and realised what had happened. So had to wait 3/4 of an hour sitting in the waiting room by the work area listening to rap music. I'd already had an hour in the shopping centre with the screeching music while I waited for the tyre the first time. I was Very Unimpressed.

I came out of a meeting to find my tyre flat I took it my car where they fitted a brand new tyre and did it without an appointment while I finished off doing what I had to the young man who served me was helpful and very friendly

Amazing!! So kind and did a wonderful job.

Called for logbook service + additional work. Verified work to be done over the phone. Rep stated the work will take at least a whole day & if not completed can finish the following day. We arrived upon opening, they took the whole day. When we returned at closing they were rushing around saying they were short staffed and weren’t finished. We said that’s ok we’ll come back tomorrow. Rep said he was going on annual leave & someone would need to call us as they were fully booked. We got our invoice & left. Log book was stamped & many items had not been done. We emailed with head office to come back in to complete as log book was fraudulently stamped for things not done & they put us off for a while before giving us money back & telling us to go elsewhere. They can’t be trusted. You have to check their work. For us travelling Australia it was imperative for our safety & mycar couldn’t care less. Do not use them!!!

Waste of time take it to a real mechanics
Had it for a whole day and told me the same thing I told them i thought it was in the morning when I dropped it off. Didn't fix it either just scratched their heads and said "I dunno hey".

Was very please with service and speed of having work done.

Harry and the team did a great job of fitting me in at short notice when I experienced a failure of one of my car doors.
They were friendly and efficient and got me up and running again the same day.
Very much appreciate the hard work.
