Kept me informed throughout

Job:
Replace front axil brake and pads.
Wheel alignment.

Outcome:
Missing nuts on the front wheel. Find out the brakes sensor are missing part and not even working after I send car to my car Templestowe . Wheel alignment seems not done properly as well.Manager is so rude. Even treat his own apprentice like shit. I will not come back to mycar Rosanna anymore.

NEVER go to Rosanna MyCar. Rude, chauvinistic and very intimidating ‘manager’ who clearly has no people skills

friendly, helpful and all round happy with the service

Dropped in with no booking for puncture repair (for green Kona). The Team fixed the tyre on the spot and even refitted the repaired tyre saving me the time. Great service, friendly team, very happy customer and will be visiting again.

The team at mycar Rosanna were great. Very accommodating and friendly. They were able to fit me in for tyres and were able to finish the job ahead of the requested time. They were also identified that new brakes were required and managed to book me in and complete the job on the following day.

I received fantastic service. Simone was very helpful and kind. They assured me they were able to service my car last minute and in a short amount of time. Thank you!

Great service, easy to book, service was on time and I was consulted about any extras and potential future work required. Will definitely be back.

The staff were very accommodating to my schedule

MyCar always go above and beyond every time I bring the car in for a service. Even recently when I had to get a CV shaft replaced, they sourced the replacement quickly, got the car fixed and had me out of there by early afternoon. Also they are spectacularly well located being across the road from the railway station. Marvellous.

I don't like the fact that they now never know who I am after having been to this garage for about 25 years, but that's how it goes. The incorrect model of my car is still on the invoice, even though I have asked them to update. I paid for a log book service but should have paid for the standard one as still don't know if I got anything extra. I discovered that my wiper fluid/water was not re-filled! Today I had mud all over my windscreen after the dust storm/rain and could not clean it off! Not happy, Jan.

The man at front counter was rude when I was dropping car off when I asked when it would be ready. Apparently they were short staffed. Not the customers fault. I was just asking politely when I would need to come back. Going online to get the discount for log book service seemed like a way to get 100% upfront payment before service, as the dealers log book service was same price. They did replace my blown brake light bulb for free which I appreciated.

Our mobile technician got a flat tyre while out and about doing his run. The Mycar tech pretty much dropped everything and helped him out by fixing his tyre to get him back on the road in no time. As a service company ourselves, we know how important good customer service is and we like to acknowledge it when we receive it too. We really appreciate the time and effort!

Everything went smoothly. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
