Booked online to have my tires changed, and then when I arrived there was only 2 out of the 4 tires.

Rebooking was frustrating. I was told by my husband that the Rosanna mycar had changed hands, and thay the service was better, but I found it just unorganised as previous years.

Great friendly service, good quality tyres.

Good communication,handled my car with care,went above exedingly well to service my car,would not go anywhere else,would recommend to 10 others. Also want to add that not only were the staff friendly they helped me find a petrol lock from a wreckers,that I didn't have to go and find.

Customer service needs significant improvement. Hopefully it is looked as an opportunity to improve as they represent a good brand.

It was made clear when dropping the car off that an intermittent problem was happening with the aircon switching on and off during hot days and there being a bubbling noise coming from the dashboard after switching the car off.
I updated my contact details when dropping the car off and was told someone would call me after the air cond had been inspected.
Nobody called me.
A text message was sent through to my husband instead of the number (that I had specifically updated) telling me the work was complete and that the car was ready for collection.
When I arrived to collect the car I was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I explained again that it was an intermittent issue so it may not be immediately apparent.
The man I dealt with responded unenthusiastically with “well I don’t know what to tell you”.
We just got the car serviced today at our mechanic, and without even mentioning the issue with the air conditioning, he showed us the air conditioning filter that he had just replaced. It was completely blocked with dust and dirt. Happy to send a photo of this filter if you’d like to see how bad it was.
We could not believe that this had not even been checked by your company during the air conditioning inspection.
Was left feeling very disappointed and would be unlikely to return to My Car for anything given the sub standard service that I received.

They did a great job changing my tire and did it very quickly. Will be coming back again.

The key item I requested be addressed (being the air conditioning) wasn’t even considered / looked at. I now need to make a separate booking.

Kept informed of work needed, plus a couple of things that were picked up were attended to.

It was either poor communication or pure greed that these jokers performed a full service on my car that I took in solely to identify a concerning noise. After 2 full days of no contact, I called to check the status where I was informed of the ridiculously expensive repairs needed for wheel bearings and brakes ($2,000 + labour) My car is quite old, and I would prefer to put that money into buying a new car. But they still performed an outrageously expensive service that I never asked for on a car that I now had no intention of keeping. To their credit, they did only charge me $350 in the end (Still too expensive) and I took the car elsewhere and had the issues fixed for $500, DO NOT TRUST THESES SCAMMERS

The price was very competitive, service was great. They rang me with issues identified to discuss prior to making any additional repairs or service.
Basically there was no surprises which was very good service. The communication was excellent and reasonable.

The folk were very helpful and sympathetic to my financial situation. I really appreciated their level of care.

Disappointing, purchased 4 tyres and a wheel alignment. (Rosanna, VIC)
Wasn't provided a copy of the wheel alignment sheet/results. Which leaves me questioning if it was done in the first place.
BUT the most disappointing thing was the fact the wheels were left filthy, had been professionally detailed only days prior. So filthy with a mixture of fitting soap and dirty brake dust I'm guessing from behind the spokes that I was unable to notice the scratches that were left on the wheels. Unsure if it was from the tyre fitting machine or if they test drove the vehicle. (All wheels were perfect before) Tyre shine was sprayed all over the wheels and car and had to be re washed.
ZERO attention to detail or care in their work.

I had always assumed Mycar Tyre and Auto were all about tyres. I did not realize they provide car servicing and repairs as well. When I rocked up to see Eric at the Rosanna branch to fix a tyre he encouraged me to try their car servicing as well. So, when the time came to get my car serviced... I did!
The staff were so professional and efficient when I booked the car in and then after the service Hamad gave me a detailed breakdown of possible future issues for consideration,
Very impressive. Will definitely be bringing my car back there for its next service!
