Fantastic service. Turnaround in two hours. Very friendly staff.

I went online to get new tyres, punched my rego it gave me options. I selected an option. Then I took the car to the centre. Staff are rude, like the don't want to be there. Then I get a call later that morning..."You've ordered the wrong size tyres"...I'm sorry I only order what was offered online, don't blame me for the wrong tyre size. Took it back a couple of days later when the right size tyres came in. Staff still rude. I remembered why I stopped getting my car serviced here. Now I won't be getting my tyres here.

Terrible experience where I left with a dangerous shocking set of tyres and a month after the service my belts are going.

Very professional and caring team at Rosanna, and communication between workers and customers is effective as well as clear. The team at Rosanna also has patience and is very calm when working with the customer. The costs are inexpensive, and the team works on maintenance and repair very quickly; thumbs up and highly recommended.

I was quoted 1000$ to fix my car , I went elsewhere and the same quote was 400$ , very shocking .

The amount of service was a shock. Especially when you get told that the car is in good condition.

Eric is a champion! A clear communicator. He knew what tyre I needed to order, knew when it was coming in and stuck to the time frame he offered us. I don't think one could expect any more. Oh yes,there was more though, the tyre was installed in less than half an hour !?

The staff went above and beyond to help me get my car on the road.such good service. I will be back

I have used Kmart Car and Auto for many years and have been able to book my car in, (in advance) to be done early as I wait for the service at a cafe around the corner, (I don't have a lift home and can't afford taxis or ubers) but the last 2 times, despite being assured being serviced 1st, it was a 4 1/2 hr wait and longer the time before. I explained the issues with the car when I booked and again when I gave them my keys. At this service I was not told the range of costs for the parts and the most expensive were used without consultation bringing my bill up from 409 to 1500. The parts cost range should have been given at the start.

Great service, timely and reasonable. I trust the team here after less than ideal service from my dealer service team, and why these guys have our loyalty. Thanks guys!

Helpful staff, explained the issues clearly, set good expectations.

Booked in online for logbook servicing and added $59 for tyre rotation/balance. When arrived the attendant advised the tyre rotation is already included in their logbook servicing, so $59 was credited back to my invoice. On top of that they also reduced the price of logbook servicing that I paid online!

Thanks to the Rosanna team - especially Kail - for helping fix a flat tyre this morning. So willing to help despite being “under pressure” and there being other customers’ cars to complete.

Male at counter was rude and aggressive. I booked online and was told to bring car in at 11am. When I turned up at 10:50 he yelled at me for not being there earlier then wanted to refuse to do the service because his system apparently wasn’t working. When I asked for clarity he just kept showing me screen aggressively clicking and shaking screen without explaining what the issue was.

I had booked and prepaid online for a full 180000 service and it appears only the oil was topped up (computer wasn’t reset so still said oil change required after). Still waiting for invoice to confirm what exactly they were supposed to do for almost $900 but coolant and clutch fluid both left at or below min lvls and doesn’t look like oil filter has been changed.

Excellent experience, great service.
