Service was quick and efficient. I got the call that my car was complete in less than an hour as promised

The service was excellent.. tyre replacement and wheel alignment was done very quickly and the car feels like new now.

Their online booking system works well and they work quickly and efficiently. I booked for a rego check which the said can take an hour but was done half the time.

Very poor customer service. The staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. If they can’t even take a phone call and speak properly with customers, I highly doubt the quality of their service. There are definitely better places in the same area that value their customers more.

I had a very poor experience with customer service. If they can't even handle a booking correctly, I can only imagine the quality of their overall service. I highly doubt the four and five-star ratings that others have given them. I would not recommend this particular service center. There are other MyCar service centers that are professional and offer much better service, but not this one.

Love the service and how professional they are!

Had to jump start my car as I had a flat battery. Was no problem at all for the guys to replace and install. Waited less than an hour and was on my way. Very grateful!

I am a repeat customer at Mycar Rouse Hill. Grant and Toni are always welcoming on arrival and are encyclopaedias of knowledge. The mechanics are very thorough with the work they do, and work is done in a timely manner.

I took my car to Mycar Rouse Hill to have tyres fitted.They did not seem happy that I did not want a wheel alignment and I asked if I could get a pink slip.I returned to the store to pick up my car and was told my car failed the pink slip and required $1500 in repairs and if they weren’t done my car would blow up within 3 months and it would also now need a wheel alignment.I told them I would take my car to my normal mechanic and consult him.My mechanic checked over my car and issued a pink slip.He also had to change the reverse light bulb as it was out.Something that Mycar did not check.I think Mycar thinks because you are young and female that you will just consent to any repairs that they tell you your car needs.I still had to pay $51 for the pink slip that I did not get.
