The service was outstanding! Kamal Was so helpful and he completed the job extremely quickly and efficiently as it was a last-minute booking on a Saturday and he made time to make sure our broken windscreen wipers were safe and secure for our trip. Highly recommend. He was fantastic

Great service, efficient, communicative, tyre repaired!

I didn’t enjoy my experience at mycar South Melbourne as the mechanics were very transactional and did not put much effort into customer service and explaining what and why I needed things fixed on my car. Yes they did the job, but as a young woman, they did not make me feel comfortable to talk to them about issues with my car which goes a long way.

The team here treat you like an absolute idiot and take you for a run for your money. Would recommend avoiding and going to your local small mechanic or any others to be honest.

Staff on site very accommodating. Unfortunately had been given an unrealistic time frame for job to be done via the call centre, but on-site staff did their best to get my car back to me in time to get to my daughters concert!

I have taken my car to this service centre the last 3 years. This time I think I was taken advantage of on this occasion. I didn't need the $289 service as I do very little driving. I think the $229 service would have been adequate for my needs. I am an aged pensioner and every dollar counts. Customer relations could be improved.

Booking my car was simple, especially speccing the tyres I needed as I could search the right tyres by my car's Rego. The service as well was done without fuss and on time. I'm very pleased.
