The guys at Mycar Golden Grove really went above and beyond and made sure I was back on the road in no time after finding a screw in my tyre. The puncture could not have happened at a worst time for me, but these guys really turned things around and restored my faith in humanity. And as a bonus, because my tyres were purchased from them it didn't cost me a cent.

Aaron was super proffesional, really friendly and easy to deal with. The vehicle inspection was thorough, the price of 4 new tyres was the best in town and the brake replacement was completed at the quoted prices. There was no pushy up selling just honest service and i now have free brake pads replacement for my term of ownership of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Aaron and his team at mycar Golden Grove.

Incompetent. Called just after 9am during their Black Friday sale, was told their computers were down due to the increased load and was asked to leave my name and number and they'd call back. After not receiving a callback I rang them again just after 1pm, was told they were in process of calling customers back and they'd take my order now as I was already on the phone. Ordered 4 Pirelli Cinturato and a wheel alignment and booked in for Tuesday 5 December - gave them name, number and registration number of the vehicle. Was told it was all booked and I'd need drop car at 8am and leave it with them and they'd call when it was done, so arranged to have the morning off of work. Got there this morning to find they had no record of my order, nothing at all in their system - no explanation, no offer of a solution, just "we've got nothing in our system".

Aaron and the Team were awesome. From booking my vehicle in for an emergency breakdown repair, to assisting me in unloading the vehicle from my trailer, to executing the repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. It's refreshing to see that customer service is still alive and well, not to mention the great comradery that the MyCar Team have.
