Always great friendly service from Anthony and his team

The manager of my car centre of Tuggeranong was very rude with staff and I am never going on my car ,,one of the mechanic also not a professional,,I am very feel down on that day

Thank you to the team for doing a nice job on my little red car. Excellent work from the apprentice! And thank you for the honesty; have a wee road trip coming up and was talking about booking the car in for a little pre-road-trip check up and was told that my little red car is in good nick and it wasn't necessary. In these cost of living crisis times, I appreciated that my sad bank balance was being looked after as well. I will definitely be using the team for my next service.

The staff at mycar are very polite and friendly. They have always been very helpful and explain what they need to do to repair your car, whether it’s something minor or major.

I booked a service in, i asked if I can get there early, they said someone will be there at 730. Yes someone was there. But kept the shop closed and avoided eye contact with us till 8am. By the time he opened, their were 5 customers waiting. The card got serviced, but the check engine light has came on today?? I also asked if they can have a look at the front indicator. They didn't bother. But were happy to give me a list of things that needed to be done on the car that cost over $1700. I actually feel a bit ripped off. Some of the staff aren't very polite. It is not a pleasant experience dealing with this mob.
I would not be in any rush to go back there, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

They are just good, honest blokes. This is the second time I've had my car done by them and both times the communication and work has been superb. Highly recommend!

Really great staff. Prompt service. Got the tires I was after in super quick, and therefore got me back on the road in no time.

I also used the 1 year of Roadside Assistance already for a tire puncture (not the new tires, but the old ones).

Was trouble free and completed without any problems.
Considering they had two staff absent due to illness, it wasn’t a problem.

The customer service they provide as well as the compassion and support they have provided during the issues with our latest car has been fantastic. Anthony and his team go over and above to help.
