Charged me more, couldn’t do a full refund for the wheel alignment, tried to upsell to premium tyres, and running late, no contact until 345 when I was unable to change my plans. And I think anyone who could be flexible had gone home by 4.30 when we agreed I would be back. Not even close to satisfied

Thanks to Zelda and Anthony I know my car is in good hands! My car broke down tonight and Zelda happened to be driving past and stopped and helped me, organised after hours towing through her boss, Anthony who was also really helpful and she has kept me up to date so I know my car is safe and will be back on the road soon!

Quick, even when the unexpected happens, and more than willing to accommodate you when you have to go back and forth.

Have seen these guys in Tuggeranong twice - once for service and once for repair.
They were really kind and were quick to point out both the issues with the car and the things other mechanics have claimed to be wrong with the car that were not actually true.
I appreciate their honesty and their work ethic!

Two stars to the helpful gent who got me an excellent quote and booked my car in promptly. Zero stars to the technicians who decided it was ok to cross thread the new tyres and hand the car back to me explaining that it was now unsafe to drive and needs to go back to the dealer asap. They claimed the wheels were cross threaded before they started the job; however, the tyres were factory-fitted from new so this was a blatant lie. My dealer charged me another $270 to fix their incompetence. MyCar have my contact details and are welcome to reach out to resolve the matter.

Ordered wrong tyres which is fine, but only told me at about the 2 hr mark after handing in my car, so I was waiting for nothing.

Had a puncture fixed in a peak period. Thanks for fitting me in a busy period. Very efficient service.

Pretty disappointed in the service I received. I was told to come in earlier for my appointment which was a vehicle inspection which I did. I had to then wait almost 4 hours for my car to be ready- for an inspection that was expected to take 1 hour. I had to walk around the shops with my newborn baby. No apology for the wait from staff. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the inspection was completed at a satisfactory standard.
