The guys at MYCar Warragul consistently exceed my expectations. They quickly diagnosed a long term issue with my car and had it running perfectly in minutes.

I loved how they were able to get me in at short notice. I love how they do seem to listen to your issue and are very patient and polite to deal with.
I didn’t like though how just because I’d done some work at home on my braking system and had some overheating issues they wanted to throw the whole system away and start again with a brand new system which would come at significant cost. Lucky I do know a little bit about mechanics and I’m able to work on it myself. But the average person who places a lot of trust in these guys would be up for unnecessary expensive work. Overall though I will be using them for servicing and other things.

Very courteous and helpful -short notice repair to flat tyre

I booked in and paid online for four new tyres and a wheel alignment, as recommended by the mechanic. Upon inspection, the guys at mycar realised I didn't need an alignment, so they refunded me the amount I had paid. I just really appreciate the straight up honesty, which saved me much needed funds. Definitely will return, plus I was happy I could use afterpay to ease the upfront cost.

Friendly and prompt service. And competitive pricing too.
New tyres and alignment, took two hours. They text me when it was complete.
Although their eftpos machine wasn't working, the online payment was just as easy.

I was contacted twice within the space of 10 minutes asking for payment over the phone for my cars service and sump replacement. I was happy, and had every intention to pay, once I came to pick up the car. The second time I was called, I was told payment had to be received before the car was released to me. I said I did not feel comfortable paying over $1800 over the phone, as I had not seen the car yet and I have never been told to do that. The guy was very persistent and iritated me. I explained I was at work and will be there later on.
