Kenny at MYCAR Chapel Street Windsor couldn’t be more helpful. He guided me through a not only mechanical requirements to my car that needed fixing but also found fractured petrol tank missed by insurance repairer. Lovely man and great service.

Ruby provided outstanding customer service, going the extra mile to double check work and send photos. Kenny was also very helpful with advise and re-running battery and whee alignment checks so we could get a print out.
Would defiantly recommend going back there just for the staff.

2nd time in 1 year mycar windsor has let me down. Nightmare customer service due to change in management. Ps you can cancel the aircon compressor replacement you booked for the wrong date.

There’s been very few changes of staff over seven years that I’ve been attending my car auto in Windsor, which is a good sign, and honestly they have all been brilliant! New manager Kenny seems to be running a good show- as well as the amazing guy who used to manage there, name like a character from Game of Thrones. As a member of the fairer sex, im often nervous Im going to be ripped off or spoken to like a fool. Not at MyCar tyre and auto in Windsor.
I’m not sure how it is that you keep recruiting such amazing staff, but special applause today to young Chris Wilson. Just exceptional talent, be sure you keep him. I even offered him a tip today, which he refused, saying my happiness was enough for him!

I had an emergency. Not booked in just turned up. They opened early. Took my car. Diagnosed and fixed my car that day.
The service and speed were amazing and I will recommend to friends and use them again. Hopefully not in an emergency.

Polite, professional service. Reasonably priced. Mycar also offer free Roadside Assist for their clients for 12 months. Very impressive.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are always friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. They explain everything clearly and give you options before going ahead and fixing things that aren't urgent. They have even given me really good referral's to other mechanics such as when I needed the lights fixed.
