The manager went above and beyond to get a flat tire changed for me when they had no space in their schedule. I had come off an international flight to flat tire and was due to drive to Sydney the next morning. I wasn’t having much luck ringing different mycar stores with the manager, and he decided that he would just get it done for me. Please pass on my gratitude. He is an asset to your company.

Called to get my flat tyre repaired, I was able to bring it in next working day. Tyre repaired and refitted with balance and spare returned to the car within 1.5 hours. Very cheap too and friendly staff.

Incredible experience! The individual who assisted me upon arrival had all my details ready, as he had noted my registration while I was driving in, showcasing his efficiency and quick thinking.

booking, drop off , pick up we’re all easy and professional. They were even so honest as to give me a refund for services pad at booking that were not required on my vehicle! Fabulous service.

Prompt efficient service. Only add on cost to the quoted service was a wheel alignment, so all good .so much cheaper than the quote I received from Range Rover which is important in this economical climate

Took my car to the Windsor (Vic) location to get a new tire fitted. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the hubcap of my front passenger wheel had fallen off and was lying next to the car. I also noticed that someone had left my passenger door ajar (it was not fully closed) which meant that the inside light was left on all day which blew out the car battery. I couldn’t start my car so luckily the store had to jump start my car in order for it start.

As a customer, you expect to have your car all ready to do and drive off without any hassle, but this didn’t happen. Just shear laziness from the mechanics who work there

They were so quick and lovely. The lady tyre repairer was the best and I liked how she made me feel not stupid for not knowing anything about tyres. The guy that put my spare tyre in was good too, he showed me where my sub woofer was, never knew that... things you learn repairing a tyre. Thanks so much mycar.

They kept me up to date on what needed doing, I also asked for an additional job, which they were happy to attend to. the staff were friendly and efficient.

The Prahran staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman It’s great to see a female mechanic passionate about her job and customer service. Highly recommend.
