This is very confusing and somehow my review about Caseoz has gone to mycasecovers. My apologies and maybe I order the item I need from myCaseCovers as Caseoz never delivered after payment was made !! Not sure how this happen, I think it defaulted to myCaseCover when a review was requested. Could Caseoz be that evil ?

I had an excellent experience purchasing my phone case, thanks to the amazing team, especially to Joanne. She was incredibly helpful and made sure I received the phone case. Communication was clear, and the delivery was prompt. I'm thrilled with the product and the top-notch service!

I ordered an iPad mini case recently. It arrived promptly and I am extremely happy with it. 3 of the corners have developed a crack. I contacted the company and was immediately responded to by Joanne. She indicated that it was within the warranty period and that a new case would be sent. 3 days later and a replacement case has just arrived. Thank you so much.

Bought a cover for an older iPad.
Not long after I began using it, I noticed some of the stitching unraveling.
One email (with photo) to ‘my case covers’ support and immediately advised a replacement would be sent.
The new cover arrived within a week.
Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

The Customer Service provided by myCaseCovers was exceptionally good. I was after the postal tracking number and received a quick response, with a very pleasant, personal touch, together with a follow up. Well done. The phone case is just right too.

I Had an issue with a recent product purchased and needed to have a replacement sent. My experience with this was extremely positive and I found the staff to be both friendly and efficient and the replacement delivered in a very short space of time. Would definitely recommend myCaseCovers for their outstanding customer service.

I was so excited to find a case that was so beautiful, yet when I bought, I made the mistake of getting S23 FE instead of the S23, I am not very good with keeping up with Technolgy. So, I contacted the business to exchange, and I received the most 5 stars customer service ever. Her name was Joanne and she made my experience absolutely amazing. I felt cared and supported as she helped me to pick the right case and was extremely patient when I didn't know how to find the information. The journey with technology has been quite an anxious one for me and I must confess Joanne might have spoiled me from all the other customer services, as I am not sure anything can match her energy and natural kindness. Now a days it is very important to point out businesses that are doing a good job as they are a few.

I have emailed 3 times to check status of my order and had no reply.
Hoping someone can trace my Order No 302986 and advise ,

Firstly, I was unsure of the exact product, so I asked for help and resolved that issue with help from a very committed employee.
When the product did not arrive in a reasonable time, I contacted same employee at My Case Covers , who finally replaced the item, which arrived by express post within a short time.
I was treated with respect throughout and the product was perfect. I will certainly use this group again as well as recommending to others.

The amount of time and patience taken to answer my queries when my order wasn't quite what I'd enviaged
(my fault) and a replacement suggested.
In particular I'd like to thank Joanne who answered my myriad emails, always in a prompt, friendly and helpful manner.
The whole process went smoothly and I'm happy with my replacement.
I would highly recommend this site (it's the 3rd purchase I've made from them now purchase).

This company has a comprehensive range of covers with a multitude of choices. Prompt, efficient service. Goods arrived on time. Excellent quality. Very happy with my experience.

The communication was outstanding! I love the product it is exactly what I was looking for and I know it will last. The service from order to delivery was exceptional. If you need a new phone case I suggest that you give those cheapo sites a miss and take a good look at myCaseCovers. They will be my go to from now on.

I'm highly impressed with the response to my concern about my order for a case cover that failed to arrive. My email was promptly answered and suggestions offered to check possible delivery errors. When these proved unsuccessful, a replacement was sent by Express delivery to my address in a regional town, arriving in less than a week. My case cover is perfect and I'm very grateful to Joanne for her friendly and professional service.

Truly an amazing experience. The first package didn't arrive. I contacted myCaseCovers and they immediately responded.
Joanne was super helpful and immediately sent another case, express post, with tracking. They were fabulous and didn't charge any extra, just so I could receive it as soon as possible.

Absolutely outstanding support and customer service! I’m really impressed and was extremely grateful with the wonderful communication when I had a problem with my order. Great experience with MCC replacing a cover incorrectly sized by me. Their staff were most cordial and helpful.
