I researched two other red light therapy and Mychondria came out ahead based on an outstanding warranty and durability without "extras" that are not required and only cost the customer more to fix because it can break easily ex - touch buttons. They also provide assistance IF the device does not work which is a rare issue.
I will recommend Mychondria to friends and family.

In an era when it is near impossible to reach a human form for customer service, i was overwhelmingly pleased with Mychondria's responsiveness and ability to resolve issues. I am still new to red light therapy but have done a deep dive into the science behind the specific wavelengths. There are many competitors touting their wares; they are very difficult to distinguish from one another and hard to know who to trust. I am impressed by Mychondria's truly risk free 60 day money back guarantee and 10 year warranty and this is what led me to go with them when I ordered a large full body panel (Pro 2.0). I could not find any other company willing to offer the same. Furthermore, when some shipping issues did arise for me (mostly centered around my busy travel schedule and therefore my ability to receive shipment), Nick was always available to speak with directly and helped get the package to me. I am very pleased with the high quality lights and the continued excellent customer service.
As a comparison, I had ordered a smaller, more mobile panel previously and emailed about the similar travel/receipt issues i had anticipated. Despite multiple emails (no phone numbers available) and even DMs to their IG account, I was never able to reach anyone and effectively had to chase my package around the country to finally receive it. I do not have confidence in their backing or their warranty, given how difficult it was to resolve this relatively simple issue.

HI! I've been attracted to red light therapy for at least two years. I had even purchased a "sleeping bag" type and returned it without even opening the box cuz i'd come across some of Nick Coetzee's videos between the time i ordered it and before it arrived. Then another year went by before i finally purchased. First i figured I'd purchase the Midi 2.0...then the Max 2.0 and i finally settled on the Pro 2.0, which i am VERY happy with. I live in a small place...yet i certainly had a door with a mirror hanging on it which i figured would be a great home for the Pro 2.0. Darren, the Customer Support Hero, was ever so patient and knowledgeable cuz, believe me, i had loads of questions...one after the other! I never felt pressured...he simply gave me the straight answers. My purchase went smoothly, i set everything up and lo and behold the door "hanger" did not fit my door. My door was about 1/4" larger. No problem...Darren asked for specific measurements and before i knew it two hangers that did fit my door arrived. As of today i have stretched, jumped in place, talked, listened to videos, timed myself, done squats, danced, stretched some more...etc ... of course, all in my birthday suit (as should you) in order to get the full benefit of my Pro 2.0. I am so grateful i did all i had to do to purchase it cuz it is certainly an investment. However, investments for my health and wellbeing are way less expensive than today's high medical costs. I've been using it for about six weeks now. I can honestly say i am sleeping better and that my hip pain is not as strong, yet gotta admit...i do energy work and am taking some supplements (which, mind you, i was doing before my Pro 2.0 arrived). Still, i love what it does for me mentally and emotionally, as well. I "do" between 30-60 minutes in the early morning hours before i go for a walk. Even my dog seems to enjoy it at times.

The individualized customer experience makes the purchase of this red light product way more important. Firstly, the passion of the company owner, and the fact that he will individually contact you with answers to questions is amazing. The podcast and the continued online education, explaining the product, the research, and various treatment protocols is also very important. The Red light unit itself has no flicker and minimal EMF, which are very important when purchasing a unit. There are many products out there and this one in my eyes seems to meet my needs, as well as my patient’s needs. I am happy that if I have any questions, I know that this vendor will answer them and help me. I’m not just left with a piece of equipment to find my own way. I am so much happier having the knowledge I get individualized customer service. In today’s world where there is so much out there and you don’t know whether you’re getting the real thing I know I am with this product.
