Great price and product
My first time ordering anything from this company. 9 in 1 cavitation machine 40k was easy to assemble looks great and works great but I won't be ordering again because it took so long fedex sucks maybe if they used a different shipping company I would consider but prices are great at your company.

This was my second purchase from…
This was my second purchase from Mychway. Each time customer service was there to help me select and support. Lots of questions were answered by Alice initially, followed by Vary that accompanied me with courtesy and respect. This purchase was supported for over months with continued communication, troubleshooting, followed by a very quick delivered replacement part once the problem was identified. Technical videos were send to help us replace the part.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with customer support.
Vary, thank you so much, you were always quick with email responses and solutions to the issues. I really appreciate all your help.
Mychway is a solid company with superb products and wonderful customer service. I would not hesitate ordering again should the need arise.

Very communicative
Very communicative. I expressed an issue I was having with my machine and they did not hesitate to help me and resolve the issue. They also helped me with a certificate. Super happy I chose them because I was skeptical due to pricing but they have the same quality machines as other brands that charge 3x the price and more.

This company has the best customer service ever! I have ordered body contouring equipment from them a couple of years ago and I recently ordered a facial machine. They always deliver high quality products and service. I highly recommend myChway!

Machine came very secure and wrapped. Didn’t come with instructions on how to plug it all together and had to go to tiktok on how too put it together.
There online training is useful for first timers.
