We are really sorry for the delay in your product arriving. We shipped this the same day it left and unfortunately Australia post has not delivered as yet. We have lodged an enquiry with them, and they are looking to get this product to you as soon as they can. They are hoping this will be tracked and with easter it has held things up with their services
