I ordered this dog tag to be shipped to Australia. Expect a longer than usual wait time due to current restrictions.. but otherwise I had great support from Anna. Quick responses to any questions I had.
Now the tag has arrived I love it! Would definitely buy again but allow for a month delivery.

We were looking for a good quality and nice design for a doggy tag that will last and we could design how we wanted. Mydogtags site is very easy to use and has some great designs and options. The Customer service team were very helpful and responsive. We recently received our order and so far everyone has commented what a lovely tag little Bailey has on :)

The ordering process was very easy and straightforward. The name tag looks great and the travel water bowl has already been put to good use. But it was the quick and helpful customer service that really made the whole experience stand out. My order was taking longer than anticipated and my email enquiry was answered so quickly with helpful information, including follow-ups. It was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I loved my dog tags, exactly what i ordered and paid for.

Overall extremely happy with the product and customer service! Unfortunately there were postage delays so I had to wait a bit longer than usual but when I got the product I was very happy with it (I purchased a dog tag but unfortunately it was missing the metal ring with it - but given the incredible customer service, and having a spare metal ring I could use instead, I was still very happy!) Would definitely purchase again! Thankyou for the tag! Me and my dog love it!!

Order was delayed due to Covid but the customer service was excellent & the product exactly as expected. Would definitely use again.

My address details were not on the original order, I emailed them the correct details but the order was on its way to me they couldn't retract it. But offered to resend a new order to my correct address. excellent customer service. They were very accomodating and would definitely purchase again.

We had a delay in delivery so contacted the team, they confirmed delivery was on way from Switzerland but offered to send new tag and collar if it hadn’t arrived by a certain date.
Now armed with a response explaining the situation, coupled with COVID complications, we set down to wait for the delivery
True to word delivery arrived as expected. Great customer service, communication and support especially in uncertain times. With un expected delays that are out of their control they still manage to support their customers.
Product was as described and one very happy puppy proudly wearing her collar and tag.

I am very impressed with the quality of the tag. We got it for our kitten so their was alot of excitement to receive it! Although there was a delay with postage as it was lost- the Customer service team were incredibly helpful and quickly re-ordered another one for us.
I would recommend & definitely buy from them again.

Tag broke within 48hrs. Wouldn’t offer a replacement. Poor quality. Shop elsewhere!!!

I am very happy with purchase! The engraving is wonderfully distinct, clear, and elegant. Very easy to read. Tags slightly smaller than expected but I am still very happy 😊 with purchase. Have 5 cats so 5 cat tags. Vastly more economical cost wise through ‘Mydogtags’. With my purchase there was a delay in delivery but well worth the wait! And always good responses to my queries. Thanks guys 😄!

Great product! Love the colour and design.

Had issues with a long delay with delivery, this was more related to COVID reasons (just over 3 weeks). When I asked to chase up the order, there wasn't much that could be done however they offered to resend the parcel for only the cost of a $4 postage fee. By the time I was going confirm this and pay my parcel arrived. I messaged back and cancelled the replacements tags and they still offered 25% refund for the inconvenience. Support replys were always quick and very helpful.
