They are Scammers, Don’t buy tickets from them
I strongly advise people to be very careful when dealing with this company. The 5 stars reviews are all lies, Read all the 1 star review and see that they are all scammers

When i was searching for my flight they contacted me regarding a flight ticket from the london to toronto that was they gave me quotation for £1984.42 in my budget. During a phone conversation with their agent ayan, he was told that I needed to pay a £200 deposit to secure the ticket and that I could pay the remaining balance on 13th april.

After paying the £200, I insisted on paying on that day and finalise the transaction but they refused , they said i need to call on the 13th and pay the balance, i called the airline and they told me if payment is not made by 8th of april, they would cancel the reservation, i told Ayan but they refused and promised me the fee will not increase and i would get my ticket

When I contacted the company on 13th april to receive my ticket, he was told that the flight had been cancelled by the Airline and that I would need to pay approximately £2,400 for another ticket class (Economy class). That was a big lie because i called the Airline and they denied any flight cancellation.This was a significant increase from the original price I agreed to.

When I refused and requested a refund of my deposit, they refused to return the full amount and instead tried to deduct cancellation fees even though the ticket was never issued and the service was never provided. I declined the cancellation charge and they are threatening to close my file and not pay me back my 200 pounds

After researching further, I discovered several similar complaints from other customers describing the same pattern: being asked to pay a deposit, receiving only a temporary reservation, and later being pressured to pay a much higher price or losing part of their money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise travellers to book directly with airlines or trusted travel agencies to avoid similar situations.

This company called me straight away and on their website they price tickets without tax etc so looks cheap. Them they give you a competitive price and send you a link to pay the deposit. Never mentions that this is not refundable.

Once you paid, they send you a long email but you wait for the link to pay the balance. 36 hours later you have an email saying that you did not pay the full balance so you lost your ticket. The email said you have to call them to pay the balance on phone or bank transfer to a different account.

You dont get your 100 pounds refund and they sell you a different ticket which is more expensive than the airline own website.

These guys are well oiled con artists but all within the law. STAY AWAY

I paid 100 pounds deposit and after a lot of fight...got refund.....but 70 pounds cancellation fees and 10 pounds admin fees taken off!!

I would like to sincerely thank Mr Mohammad Shayan for the service and understanding he demonstrated in aiding my wife secure a flight to Mombasa kenya that was a correction from a blunder by the airline initially, we are happy and pledge our future flight bookings with him and will encourage the frequent fliers among us to book with him

Very helpful, taking sufficient time to find the best price for you. I found the cheapest price with dreamflight compared to others air travel companies.

First time using the company but had a great experience with them. The agent has been very helpful and professional. Will definitely come back.

Absolute scammers, don't book with this company.
got quoted £6000 for 4 people business class to Thailand, paid my deposit then came to pay the rest to be told one part of my flight had been cancelled and they would like another £4000 on top of original price for this.
tried to get a full refund , they offered me a part refund and voucher . i had to go to my credit card company in order to receive my voucher balance back as cash.
The manager was also useless and all they seemed interested in was trying to sell me another flight in economy. very disappointed as i trusted this company. pls don't fall for this price hiking scam

I had to book a flight urgently and Ayam dealt with my request promptly and very professionally. He was very calm when I was stressed and managed the situation with extreme patience. Thank you Ayam.

I had a very disappointing experience with MyDreamFlight.

I was quoted £2,899.56 for return Business Class flights to Japan and paid a £150 deposit to secure the booking. Within the agreed timeframe, I attempted to complete payment, only to be told that the Business Class flights were no longer available. Instead, I was offered a downgraded itinerary (Premium Economy one way / Business the other) or to pay significantly more to get the same service requested in the first place.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit and dismissed my concerns, relying on vague terms about fare changes that were never clearly explained at the time of booking. Offering a restrictive voucher instead of a proper refund or compensation is not an acceptable solution.

Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. A quote followed by a deposit should mean something—otherwise, it’s just a bait-and-switch.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this company.

They were able to explain all the necessary steps to booking the tickets. Ayan was able to update us of any changes during the process

Armaan gave me excellent customer service and was impressively patient and thorough. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to ensure that I got exactly what I required. He also found me the cheapest possible ticket, was Polite and professional throughout. Really grateful and I definitely highly recommend my dream flights, especially under Armaam’s service.

I’ve tried so many flights booking platforms but to honest with you mydreamflight stands out. Especially when it comes to customer services, Shayan is the name to be trusted. This guy gave value for my money he was always calm and collected when dealing with me. I will always choose mydreamflight above others. And whenever you call ask for Shayan he’s the best.

Finally booked a reasonably priced flight.
Be careful not to miss your notice time to call back & book I missed it by 50 mins and lost the deal, my advice would be book and pay for there & then!
Shayan was helpful and eventually found a flight although £200 more than the one I reserved initially!

I have to come on here again and write another review for this terrible travel agent. After I had submitted my first Negat review on my honest experience after being threatened multiple times it has to be deleted on my flight has been cancelled. I am again being contracted over two weeks after I have landed and finished with the booking to remove my review. Being constantly bombarded over phone call and WhatsApp messages is not appreciated after I have already had a negative experience with the company. I hope no one waste their time no money with this agent.
My agent’s name was Shyam and they were extremely aggressive and they were the one who kept on messaging me on WhatsApp demanding me to delete the prior review.

l enjoyed the service by Armaan as he was patient through out the booking process and payment. but l would like to request the company to follow up payments after a reservation and payment of initial deposits before time elapses for paying athe rest.

I bought a ticket and Armaan was the one who helped me, he was understanding and patient with me as. I would like to thank him for that.
