I booked a ticket and was asked to pay a deposit of 100. I was assured the ticket is secure and that i can pay the remaining balance by Monday (i had booked on a Thursday and Friday was a bank holiday). When i called to pay on Monday, they said the ticket was not available from the airline and started making suggestions of much more expensive tickets. When i refused, the agent, Arya Clark said I was being difficult and that they can only refund me 50 as there is a cancellation fee clearly shown in the terms and conditions. I think what they are doing is fraud

Don’t take the risk like me- listen to the countless 1 stars. I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. They use the ABTA logo/ blurb on their website however they are not ABTA protected/registered (ABTA specifically list ‘Travel Lords Ltd trading as Flights and Tickets’ as ‘not permitted’ on their website) Will you get your tickets, most likely yes, but you will never pay what you signed up to pay. It’s a classic and textbook bait and switch scam- lure you in and pay a deposit for 1 price and then change the price.
I called up and signed up to £1125 return flights and was told to call back and book the seats a couple days later- deposit paid, despite me wanting to pay in full at that time. When I called back, they said my inbound flight was confirmed but the outboard ticket type price had increased from the originally quoted £800 to £1100 and that I would get a £200 voucher to use for my inbound flight- when I asked for this in writing on an email multiple times, each time they would call me and told me not to worry, I never received this in writing (important later)… As I thought this was still cheaper than other agents (with my £200 voucher to use), I went ahead with it. My outbound ticket came though and was told to call back to pay for my inbound ticket. When I called back, the exact same issue/scam was used AGAIN- the ticket type was no longer available and that the price had gone up from the original £325 to now £750 (this was the flight that they said had been confirmed at the start…) and to add salt to the wound, they then told me that I could only use a maximum of £100 out of the £200 voucher… something that was deliberately not mentioned and deliberately not put in writing- he then got very aggressive and once I pointed this out.
It’s all very complicated and unorthodox and is a textbook bait and switch scam. The staff seem nice at first but are actually extremely rude and threatening and clearly aren’t properly trained. They make you pay large sums and highlight that you only have 1 hour to transfer the funds to create a sense of urgency. After the £100 deposit, you can only pay the full amount via BACS (red flag), I assume this is to ensure that the customer has no protection and can’t issue a chargeback. I’m sure there’ll write a cocky response like the others claiming that ticket prices change and x,y,z but it’s not true- when you confirm a ticket/booking, you confirm/lock in the price. You don’t purchase a car and then when you come to pick the car up, they say it’s doubled . Just book with a different agent- it WILL be cheaper

I contacted Sohrab at Ticket Lords for him to find me the current best deals for two separate trips I wanted to book. Sohrab responded to my enquires very quickly and efficiently.

All transactions were completed today and the flight details are already loaded on the respective Apps.

I highly recommend Sohrab as your first point of contact at the company.

I was initially sceptical about the price but when I realised it really was that affordable I jumped at the opportunity. Unfortunately I missed my payment deadline but even so the staff were very friendly and cooperative and helped me find another flight just as good. I will definitely be using their services more in the future and would also recommend it to my family and friends.

Arya was very helpful and made it very easier for me to rebook my tickets. Though I would like every staff of Ticket Lord to clearly state the customers of what they need to do when reserving low price tickets like this.

This is the worst agency I’ve ever seen! I can call them scammers!
They will not keep their promise after paying deposit for advertised flight they tell you lies and refuse to pay back your deposit and will encourage you to book alternative flight with a different airline with a higher price giving you ridiculous reasons !
You will be stressed to get your refund from them.
They should be reported to trading standards for their crude, dishonest way of exploiting people of their hard earned money in this sane and civilised country!
In the end, you only get half of your deposit if you’re lucky to get anything from them!
People should beware of this scam agency!!!!
Run! Run! Run! Don’t be tempted by the cheap tickets they advertise! They are scammers!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ticket Lord Ltd.
Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East , we decided to to cancel our flight (Indigo) scheduled for tomorrow. We requested a cancellation and refund, but despite the serious circumstances, we did not receive any refund at all. We lost £1000 for 3 tickets to Nepal which feels extremely unfair and unreasonable.

The customer service was unhelpful, anger and the overall handling of our case very poor.

Base on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing tickets through this company. The people who work for this company are very dangerous, They never think about others hard working money, They just want to scam by depriving others as much as they can

I have been travelling around the world for 40-50 years and I purchased many flight tickets but I never had experienced as like this. I prefer to say that this company is the most dangerous to have your hard working money at all time. scammer, scammer, scammer

I know I’m not the easiest client as I tend to ask a lot of questions, but he remained patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Just booked our tickets to New York through Flightsandtickets. I’ve never used them before so I was slightly nervous but Nancy A was super helpful and was in constant contact with me from reservations to booking & payment and sending my e-tickets.
