I would highly recommend Adam, he was polite and fast working, he has done an amazing job at putting my vinyl flooring down making my flat feel like a home! Thank you!

I had my whole upstairs and stairs done by Adam and he has done an excellent job! Made sure everything was exactly what I wanted and talked me through everything. Adam was very professional and friendly and if I am ever in need of flooring again I will definitely be a returning customer. I am very very happy with how the carpets look and the work Adam put it.

The flooring and every person i was in contact with. All seemed like great guys.

From the first appointment with paul, right until fitting day ive had an excellent experience with all staff including ladies on telephone when I needed to discuss payments nothing was too much trouble. Then the fittings guys were excellent, professional and tidy and did a fabulous job. 100% recommend.

Rep was knowledgeable and honest advised on carpet choice . Quick initial fitting date totally spoilt by bad fitter who was shoddy and careless ( more interested in getting off for tge weekend) had to complain. However office great and new fitters sorted out mistakes couldn’t fault the second set so professional. X

Second time ordering from my dream flooring, couldn’t recommend Martin and Neil enough amazing work every time!! I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!! Thank you again ☺️

Measured all my carpets wrong then the fitter didn’t fit everything like he said now having to wait another 3 weeks

Quick friendly and reliable service , however not amused with the person who did measurements as i could've had my whole hallway done for same price but now having to lay top floor with the mass of carpet that was left behind as it got measured wrong

⭐ 1 star – Extremely disappointing experience

I honestly cannot believe how badly I have been treated by Dream Flooring.

The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare, but the customer service I received today was the final straw. I was repeatedly spoken over, tutted at and spoken to in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner. I was simply trying to ask reasonable questions about flooring being installed in my own home, yet I was made to feel like I was a nuisance for doing so.

I have concerns about the way the installation has been arranged, including having the laminate fitted before the carpet, despite the fact that the carpet is going on the stairs and the laminate is at the bottom of the hallway. I have legitimate concerns about people then working over and potentially damaging newly fitted flooring, yet rather than properly explaining things to me, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time.

I was also previously told that the existing carpet grippers would be removed and that the broken ones would be replaced. I have now been told this depends on whether the fitter happens to have grippers on the van. How is that acceptable? If something has been agreed as part of the work, surely the correct materials should be arranged beforehand.

What has frustrated me most is the complete lack of respect shown towards me as a customer. You can have problems with an installation and work through them, but being spoken over, tutted at and treated like you’re an inconvenience is completely unacceptable.

I have given Dream Flooring the opportunity to resolve my concerns, but after today’s phone call I am extremely disappointed and have very little confidence in how this is being handled.

Customer service needs a serious rethink. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect when you raise legitimate concerns.

Thank you for your response, however I feel you have still missed the actual points I am raising.

Firstly, the laminate. I am fully aware that the laminate was fitted today, I was present and I have never disputed that. My point is that the laminate is now fitted in the hallway and the carpet fitters are due to come tomorrow to do my stairs and landing. They will obviously need to walk through the hallway and work around the newly fitted laminate to carry out the carpet installation.

What I am asking is how this is going to be protected tomorrow. You haven’t explained whether the laminate will be properly covered and protected from footwear, tools, carpet rolls, dust, adhesive or anything else that could potentially scratch or damage a brand-new floor.

I therefore want written confirmation that the laminate will be adequately protected throughout tomorrow’s carpet installation. If damage occurs because it hasn’t been properly protected, I would expect Dream Flooring to take responsibility for putting it right.

Secondly, the grippers. This is particularly frustrating because I was specifically told that the existing grippers would be removed and new grippers fitted. I am now being told that this is dependent on whether they are “on the van”. Those are two completely different things.

If I was told when arranging the work that new grippers would be fitted, I expect that to be honoured. I shouldn’t be told one thing and then potentially be given a completely different outcome on the day because the fitter hasn’t brought them.

There is also the issue of the rubbish that has been left outside my property. I have only just noticed this, as it wasn’t something I was aware of when I initially raised my concerns. Again, this was never explained to me, and I would like to know when this is going to be removed.

I appreciate you have listened to the call log, but rather than focusing on whether your staff believe they were polite, I would like the actual concerns I have raised to be properly addressed and resolved.

At this point, I would like clear written confirmation of:

1. How my newly fitted laminate will be protected tomorrow during the carpet installation.
2. Whether new grippers will definitely be fitted as I was originally told.
3. If they are not going to be fitted, why I was told they would be.
4. When the rubbish left outside my property will be removed.

I am still proceeding with the work, but that does not mean I am satisfied with how this installation and the communication surrounding it has been handled. I expect these points to be properly addressed rather than receiving another general response that doesn’t actually answer my concerns.

Lovely guy, got on with it. Was done really fast and too a really high quality, swept up after as well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you get Adam as the fitter he’s sound

A got a carpet in my hall stairs and vinyl for hall landing the lads that fitted it did a great job and Andy the guy that came out first was very helpful letting me chose what to get

Perfect, Martin was brilliant with the booking and Adam was a complete professional when he came and fitted the flooring. Highly recommended

The quality and colour of the laminate is very good and met my expectations. The whole experience from the initial consultation to the fitting was great. I'm very happy with final product, my living room looks just how I want it now. The only thing I was slightly annoyed with was the time it took from consultation to fitting. But I would definitely recommend 👌 and I'm considering getting more flooring fitted by them

This was such an easy process , from seeing the advert on Facebook , to the measuring up and choosing my flooring and finally fitting was a dream
But the best part is been able to pay weekly or monthly
