My Dream Flooring レビュー

Amazing experience and great fitting

I love my new flooring

Today I had my living room&hallway flooring fitted through this company, both with a hard wood laminate. The overall experience was absolutely amazing.

The staff;
I had Neil today who fitted my flooring. He was really polite, very fast and very good at what he does! He has done an amazing job in my home and I’m in love with the result! It’s such a transformation and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The flooring itself;
The flooring itself is absolutely gorgeous! The colour itself is so different and amazing! It matches perfectly to how I wanted it, the quality of the floor is outstanding feels very nice and has been fitted beautifully. It’s exactly what I wanted/pictured it to be and could have ever asked for.

Overall it was an amazing experience and I’m so unbelievably happy and grateful for the results! Cannot recommend them enough!

Done such a stunning job! So happy and grateful with my beautiful flooring in my living room&hallway!

Neil was amazing, total professional Martin was also a great help.

I had mark slee come out 4 weeks ago to come and measure up and show me all the different flooring and carpets. He worked extremely well around my schedule and was extremely helpful, polite and professional. 4 weeks later my laminate all downstairs was put in. The fitter called half a hour before arrival. When he arrived he was very polite and got straight on with work. He has done an absolutely amazing job.can not fault it. His attention to detail was superb and he cleaned up after himself. Even offered to help put my furniture back. Im awaiting my stair and bedroom carpets to be done friday also. Which with my experience today i know it will be just as good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Received my reply and i’m baffled so why was i told it was included in the £640.50 how ridiculous? We wasnt told that our £40 was non refundable aswell,customers should of been alerted I was present for when Cameron attended the property i wasn’t present when my mother was reading anything on HER phone.That was verbal communication who in their right mind would pay £255 for a fitting for a floor?in a tiny room?What if your customer cant read english or cant read properly in general have u thought of that? Some ppl dont have someone else to read for them?What an idiotic response i’m sorry but how ridiculous its not in your agreement its told after when u accept what date your going to attend to do the fitting😂, however i have read your reviews and that is absolutely not the first time she’s been rude so i doubt you give good training. Absolutely scam of a company, you’ve been charging your customers for measuring too? We wasn’t charged so that definitely means your a scam!!!!!!!!! Oh and our experience also suggests that,I do not require another reply unless its to accept your faults as a”company”.

They offer to take weekly installments and they will deliver before all Installments are completed. The job is neat
