I’m so pleased I got this kit. Although my husband and myself have written out the ‘important’ details (bank accounts etc), there was quite a bit I had never thought of til reading the info provided.... もっず芋る

Good, quick reply with link to site and downloadable pdfs. Could do with bigger areas in the dossier for noting renewal dates of insurance policies, just to ensure info is current.

Incorrect order 


Ordered what I believed to be the Scottish version, however. I received the English/Welsh one. Contacted them and quickly Raphael sent me the link for the correct one.

A clear and well written guide

I was looking for a guide to dealing with the death of a loved one , probate etc. This Kit is so well written and a clear step by step guide. I particularly like the pro forma letters that make it easy to inform banks, pension providers etc about the deceased.
Shame you have to print it out but that’s a minor thing.
I will give the guide to my daughter so she knows what to do in the very distant future I hope!

Everything one needs to know when someone dies. Easier to use than I thought it would be. I hope it will be of great help to my sons in due course

While I appreciate that the company need to clearly communicate what the kit can help with, and what it does not do, the constant re-statement I found rather irritating, while appreciating the need for clarity and non- ambiguity,
It is most unfortunate that the original link to the kit contained an error, no doubt causing added stress for those of us who may not be very "tec savvy". Though that error was quickly clarified in response to my email question.

Really fills some gaps a Will leaves undone

I was a bit nervous about buying this package online, but it is excellent and fills so many gaps that our Will didn’t reach. My daughter is pleased and we all have better peace of mind as a result of ordering and completing this.
