There was a lot of helpful information provided in clear language and with practical support. I like that I can have paper copies but also store it on my computer. The 'timing guide' is an excellent prompt.

I was a little dubious about the value of this product but a recent family bereavement prompted me to get a structured plan to record all my details and personal wishes to supplement the will I had already made and avoid the administrative chaos and frustration at an already sad and stressful time which my relatives and executors would face without guidance when the inevitable happened. I received the plan online immediately on payment today followed by an email to confirm that it had arrived and offering assistance with anything I needed. I did have some queries and they were all fully resolved by email that day. The whole package is very comprehensive, flexible and uncomplicated. I've been continuously reading about this company for some time as I became increasingly aware that just the will is not enough . I did probate for both my mother and sister but they were very uncomplicated . I have a feeling it will be a different scenario for my husband and me . However , I'm going to take it slowly 🐌 😌 🙂 😏.

Encourages you to put things in order now and not leave it to be muddled through after the death. Makes sure you don't forget things and gives advice. So happy I am doing this now.

Strong emphasis on where to go for legal advice with very clear distinction made between guidance through a process and advice.
