Hello Crosmin,

I'm very sorry to hear that the lack of naturally-occurring jelly in the coconuts you received has completely tarnished your experience with us. Considering that the thickness of the coconut jelly is entirely in the hands of mother nature, not in our control, I do think your 1 star review is unfair and not wholly representative of your transaction with our company.

It is possible for fruits to sometimes not taste or grow as expected, if that's the case we will always endeavour to resolve any issues in a fair way and of course in favour of our customers. It is my view that you have not been ripped off, rather that the coconuts had less jelly than you were expecting and therefore you were unable to enjoy them as intended. If anything we have both been short-changed by mother nature herself. A disappointing outcome for both parties at present but please do still feel free to reach out to our team by email for resolution.

We aim to offer the most diverse range of exotic fruits of any company in the UK, including of course as you mentioned fruits that people can’t usually find in local grocery stores and supermarkets. As far as we are aware we still have the best range of tropical fruit of any company in the UK! Good to hear that we resolved your issue satisfactorily, sorry there was an issue in the first place.
