We invested the expensive money for our wedding in the figure. We can only advise against it. The couple is nothing like us. Thumbs down. Our dog doesn't look like a Labrador either. Absolutely bad.

The head they made was so different from the original person that nobody would be able to guess whose bobble head that was. They didn’t match any facial feature, not even the basic shape of the face. I am so sorry I can’t post the photo here so everyone could see. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Seems like they just took a premade head and tried to put some color on it. When I canceled, they charged almost half the price and the head wasn’t even half done. That must be how their business sustains: they get the order, spend few minutes painting the existing head and charge you half for doing nothing. CATASTROPHE!!!!

So disappointed! Really over $100 for this!

I got this gift for a very special surprise for my wife's birthday. She has had a hard year, so I was excited to get her something special. So after waiting it arrived.

The box was damaged, but we hoped everything would be OK.

She opened the box and I could tell by her face her disappointment. It looked nothing like her.

The item is cheaply made, I paid extra for the business card stand and it is a cheap plastic and was bent. Her name is a label that wasn't even centered.

Don't buy this!

The bobbleheads I ordered arrived intact and looked exactly as I had hoped they would. The artists added details I did not expect which was a pleasant surprise.
Further, I was in regular contact with Jason who facilitated the process by handling the few requests I made and by answering any questions I had.

Well the artwork was excellent to the point of 2D picture to a 3D item. When you put the picture next to the bobble head you can see the similarity and resemblance. The rest of the body looks just like it does on the website. Once the artist gets a rendering of the face they took the time to show it to you to approve prior to completion, I liked that. Plus the delivery time was faster than expected, I received the item in about 2 weeks from order to door. Plus the presentation box was awesome. It came with lights and a colored box of your choice. Highly recommended!!

I'm so impressed with the bobble head I ordered. This was a gift for a colleague that is leaving. The likeness when compared to the photo I sent in was uncannily perfect! I will definitely use this company in the future for the most unique gift! As a matter of fact, I think I'm going to order one for my anniversary!

The "likeness" of the figurines to what I requested... the workmanship involved... the PROFESSIONALISM of the Customer Service staff (ESPECIALLY JASON, who worked CLOSELY with me to ENSURE I received what I actually asked for).

The ONLY reason this review received a rating of 4 vs 5, is that we had a major mistake on my first figurine... BUT the Customer Staff (Jason) helped to CORRECT this and provided a CORRECT Figurine... just the lost time and wait involved...

If I ever need another such Bobblehead figurine... I WOULD use this company/staff/artists again !!!

Oh my GOODNESS!!! I cannot recommend your company enough! First, the customer service team is awesome! Answered emails right away and always very nice. Second, the likeness was so amazing that you even added earrings my Daughter in Love was wearing in the picture I uploaded. Such attention to detail. It was the hit of the Grad Party. I showed it to a friend who's son just finished his residency and she purchased one for him, as well. When she showed it to me, it looked just like her son. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a bobblehead doll from myfacebobblehead. BE WARNED that the promise of MODIFICATIONS is a lie. You be asked to pay a 40% restocking fee before any modifications are done.

Literally find ANY other company to create your wanted product. I received a pic of what my bobbleheads face would look like and it was an IMMEDIATE NO! The email they send you asking if you would like to move forward states that you have 48 hours to respond, and if you do not respond in that 48 hour timeframe, they move forward. Coincidentally, they sent me this email on a Friday evening at 8:53PM of the holiday weekend of Memorial Day. Thankfully, I frequently check my emails and was able to reply back PRIOR to the 48 hours. Even still, I received a reply stating that production had already started and they'd be charging me for the entire order. NOPE! I told them to check the timestamp and they completely ignored my question as to WHY they would move forward with production, when I met the 48 hour time frame stating that I did NOT want to move forward with production. I've already began the dispute process with my credit card company and will continue to yell to the hills how terrible this company is. My only regret is not reading the reviews prior!! Save yourself the headache.

Bobblehead was great. Everyone loved it. Face detailing was great.

I ordered the product with the expidited build option as well as expidited shipping to get it on time for an event. It did not arrive on time as it should have. When I did receive it, it was unrecognizable in comparison to the pictures I sent. Aweful actually. I reached out to the company to make it right, all I could get was a small credit. I would never use this company again and regret not reading more reviews. It was 100% a waste of my money and it's dissappointing as this was going to be a centerpiece for my wife's 40th birthday party. Definitely shop around and read reviews!

Quality is great!! Does not look anything like the picture I sent in. A recommendation would be for the company to supply a proof before proceeding. Also paid express, but there was nothing express about the order.

What a waste of time and money. This product does not meet the demand at all and it is a complete disappointment. I was so excited to receive the bubblehead, but my excitement quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. The final product was nothing like the picture I provided and did not resemble the person I wanted it to. Despite the company offering to redo the bubblehead, the result was even worse than the first attempt. The whole experience was a huge waste of my time and money, and I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and time and look for another alternative.

the doll was not at all what I expected and when I contacted them they said thats how it is, and that their "artists" put their own touch on the doll 🤮

This is the best gift ever!! My husband absolutely loves his “mini-me”. It was so fun to watch him open the beautiful gift box and see him realize “It’s me!” The gift box is absolutely beautiful and the packaging kept the figure in perfect condition. Communication with the company was easy and they returned every message within 24 hours. The only problem is, now the rest of the family want their own bobble heads! A fun gift and definitely a conversation starter. Can’t thank the artist enough that worked on this figure for us.

This company is a scam! I placed my order on December 2, 2022 and paid for expideted "sculpting and shipping" provided professional pictures for the "custom" bobbleheads.. First the order was extremely late, shipping/tracking was very limited (as this company is using an international carrier since the product is manufactured in Hong Kong).. So it did not make it in time for the company party. Major disaapointment for our office staff! Second, the bobbleheads look NOTHING like the pictures/people they are supposed to represent. This company is a complete waste of money and their marketing materials are so misleading I would consider it fraud. Buyers beware! I will be disputing this purchase with my credit card company!
