If I could give negative stars I would to myfacebobbleheads. Their products are not as described. They are a dishonest company that cheats people. I ordered a bobblehead for my son for Christmas. I never received proofs to approve the figurine. I received it WEEKS after the holidays despite asking multiple times where my product was. The product looks nothing like promised. Complete waste of money.

It took awhile to get this because of the Covid issues but when it came it was the most treasured gift ever received for the man I made it for. He was delighted and it really did resemble the picture I sent. Whomever you are making this for will love it!

SCAM do not buy from this company poor quality, very over priced and the most horrific customer service I’ve ever received. Took over 2months to receive.

Finding a unique gift that truly represents what a person has meant to you and your organization is challenging. I'm not sure how I came across myfacebobbleheads but I am so glad I did. The custom bobblehead is everything I had hoped, represents that "you were very special" message, and very high quality. I am already thinking of the next person that I can do this for! Great product!

First, the gift package I paid extra for came extremely damaged, the bobble head is not even a little bit close to the recipient's features, everything from nose, to eyes, to smile, etc is wrong. The overall quality is worse than advertised, and the words on the pedestal are a sticker, not etched or anything. For the price I paid for a custom bobblehead I'm extremely disappointed. I would not recommend.

Do not use this company. Ordered the Thor figure and it was garbage. Eye color, hair color wrong. There was literally no resemblance to the images I'd sent at all. A funko thor bobblehead would have been a closer representation of me.

Contacted customer service. Their b3st offer was a 10% discount. They couldnt get my eye or hair color right and the best they could do is 10%off. It's insulting, don't use them at all you will be disappointed.

This company is a joke. The bobbleheads dont look like the picture you provide. When you want to make corrections they send back the same picture with zero corrections. I requested a refund though they said I would have to pay a restocking fee. I guess they just recycle their garbage which makes sense. Not to mention they take forever to ship. A waste of money!!!! I do NOT recommend this company.

SCAM. They have no quality control whatsoever. I sent a picture showing the extremely poor finish of their product they said it was damaged during shipping, which is a lie since the box arrived intact. They offered 10% off, no replacement as per their website. Also if you order multiple items you pay each shipping separately, I inquired about this and thats how they do it. Stay away from this thieves.

Total scam. You send them lots of money and some pictures of a loved one. In return, they are supposed send you a bobblehead of said loved one. This does not happen! Instead, you’ll get a bobblehead of someone the same gender and with similar facial hair as your loved one but that’s where the similarities end. They advertise that they will send you a proof so that you can suggest adjustments prior to finishing the head. They sent me the proof, twice. But made absolutely no adjustments. It took two months and a lot of money to receive a bobblehead of a weird looking man that looks nothing like my husband. Communication with them is terrible. They do not offer refunds. Stay far far away from this company.

Absolutely shocking company do not buy from them! I bought a super dad doll for the wording to say instead sipem dad. They refused to remake without charging ahipping or only offering 20% refund.

Terrible experience

No contact whatsoever. I paid extra for the VIP service for speedy production. I haven't heard from them ever since placing my order. I have been informed that the item is on its way. Apparently on their site, it is mentioned that proofing has to be approved by customer - I haven't seen any proofing from them. Very poor service and zero communication. My email to them bounces back. I have a feeling it is not a legit site. I have wasted USD 153 - such a shame.
