This is absolutely the worst experience with a custom order. The product was ‘so embarrassing’ that I could not give it as a gift.
I sent a beautiful picture(s) of the custom bobble head I wanted to order. The face is a ‘standard face’….there is no CUSTOM work. The hair was above the shoulders and in the picture the hair is down below the breast line. The eyes are brown on the bobble head (again, standard design, not custom) in the picture it is clear the eyes are BLUE! I just want to send it back and get a refund because there is nothing CUSTOM about this product. Initially, they offered a 10% refund. I replied; ‘No, thank you, I will return and you can refund. Then they came back with a ‘REMAKE” and I only PAY AGAIN, ONLY THIS TIME JUST 60% OF THE COST WITH A 40% DISCOUNT……..ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself the frustration and disappointment of this company. A HUGE SCAM.
Try standing behind your product PLUS OFFERING THE CAPABILITY TO POST PICTURES OF YOUR WORK!!
Why can’t I share with other customers your ‘true work?’

Ordered for Christmas for children. Website said delivery before Christmas ordered on 11.27.22. Apparently they are held up in customs? Service reps are unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. They charge a 40% “restocking fee”. Way to go my face you can’t deliver as promised then want to charge me?

F*($ thes people. 40% restocking fee and they never even made the product which was two weeks past the deadline. The f*#%ing nerve. The only art they provide is a scam

Racist company. I sent pics of a dark-skinned man and the doll is white. They refuse to acknowledge this discrepancy and so far refuse to fix it or make a dark-skinned bobble head. Offered me 10% discount. What an insult. Racist . Do not use.

Do not recommend using. Paid for a service and product not delivered on. Submitted an order for a bobblehead as part of an employee retirement. Paid for Fastest Scultpting: $29.99 (Hand-made Time 4 Business Days) and an additional $29.99 for the express postage (2-4 business days). Going onto the 11th business day and product still not delivered. Followed up with customer service who didn't acknowledge or recognize misinformation on site or error and came back with contrary information to what they advertise. They will not refund the extra paid for services not provided. Unable to rate product as it hasn't arrived yet but business and service is unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I was very pleased with the service and final product. I was asked several times during the process if it was looking the way I wanted. It looks great and it is going to make the BEST Christmas present! Thank you

Absolutely awful. They picked the completely wrong skin tone, gave the bobble head Caucasian features when the photos and the person the bobble head is for is clearly not Caucasian. Completely ripped off, pointed this out in the checking phase and was blamed for the mistake, they refused to fix it without charging more on an already expensive product.

Don’t use this service if you are getting the bobble head for anyone who isn’t Caucasian.

I purchased a bobblehead of my son and a friend for Christmas. They came out amazing! They look just like them.....I would recommend anyone thinking about ordering...... do just do it!

I can not believe how AMAZING my order came out. I got 1 bobblehead of 1 son and was so amazed thay I ordered another and its even more fantastic.. great communication between staff and myself..straightened out any confusion immediately and timely shipment.. CAN NOT WAIT to place another order..

Reconsider your purchase. I bought a custom bobblehead and custom baseball hat, as a gift for my dad. The bobblehead looks nothing like him - not even as a caricature. None of my edits were incorporated and it was sent without approval. They "forgot" the custom baseball hat, even though I purchased it. They essentially refunded the shipping costs when I complained. No offer to fix/redo or return. Don't waste your money.

I can not say enough about the service I was provided by this company. I worked one on one with Jason and he went above and beyond to help accommodate my requests. He is a definite asset to this amazing company. I would highly recommend them and their customer service is the best!

One of the worst sites I've encountered. My son ordered a bobblehead for his dad. The site advertises that they will customize the bobblehead to the picture you send. They literally took the one on the site and mailed it. $100!!! Cheap and looks nothing like the picture. My kid also paid extra to have it in time for his dad's birthday. It was 10 days late (not sure why since it was the stock item -- not itemized whatsoever) and when we reached out for a refund for the expedited charge, they said they would refund $4.00. Never received the credit. What great customer service. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Terrible outcome and customer experience. Firstly my order was delayed and when it arrived the model didn’t have any similarity of the person . When I provided the feedback and requested to correct it, they provided standard robotic reply or 10% compensation off . I am highly dissatisfied and writing this feedback to make others aware and not repeat this mistake

Holy mackerel, there isn't even a hint of a likeness here. Well, ok, maybe the eyebrows could possibly be the same, but I'm convinced that was by chance. I agree with the reviewer who said to get a Lego kit, and save your money on a better outcome.
As an example, they didn't even get the eye color right. It is garbage, and nothing more, not cute, just more crap from China that could easily be toxic to boot.

Don't order here.
They use a generic face and just paint the eye colour and beard on them.
They make you pay 30% if you cancel the order because it's just badly made.
Go buy a Lego Manakin, its just looks as similar as the Bobblehead to you.

I ordered 20 figures and all were well made and shipped in a timely fashion. Great attention to detail.

The experience has been amazing, the team is very nice, polite, and genuine, in addition to being great at what they do!
