Regardless of the product, I would never ever order here again. Nowhere on the website is there any mention of the high customs duty that you have to pay when shipping to the EU. The normal shipping costs are already 20 Euros, so I naively didn't assume there would be additional customs duties. Unfortunately, this was a fallacy, as another 40 euros were incurred upon receipt. Attempts to contact customer service failed; I never received any response to three messages. I absolutely do not recommend this shop and I really regret accepting the package.

Received someone else’s order inside courier bag addressed to me. Email and Instagram messages not respond to so far. Very disappointed with customer service!

I absolutely loved the emails I received upon ordering my skirt. They were very welcoming and friendly. Not just the standard “we have received your order”
As for the the product ….. WOW what a game changer the ultimate skirt was comfortable to wear all day, very easy to to the toilet and gave an amazing shape to the dress I wore. I have been a spankz girl for many many years I am now converted to figur! Thank you 🙏 Jules for creating such an amazing product.

Easy order process and fast delivery.
As for product. I brought the Petite Shapewear, and they are so comfy. The added toilet pouch is a gamechanger no more trying to pull them back up in a tight public toilet cubicle when out.

It should clearly state that the company doesn’t do returns or refunds. I hadn’t realised the shapewear had boning (my mistake) so haven’t even tried on, assuming I could return and buy from another brand. Discovering Figur doesn’t offer returns is a disappointment, when I spent £80 on an item I won’t wear.

Highly recommend. The Shapewear shorts were high quality cinching me in for problem tummy in a full size 18 body shape. You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to love these! They just aren't as comfortable as I was hoping. I love the legs, they do not dig in at all which was pleasantly surprising. I love the pull aside crotch so you don't have to take them off to pee!
I am a size 16, bought the 16.
They hold me in, but I just feel too stiff if that makes sense, I feel like if I had to sit for a while it would be super uncomfortable. They definitely wouldn't roll down due to the boning.
I'm wondering if I should have got the short torso ones to try, as the boning kind of pokes up into my under boob area. But I won't be able to exchange them now as I have removed the packaging and tags.

Have both black and nude shorts considering purchasing the skirt too its just that good

While standing up was fine but after sitting for some time the boning dug into me which made the night very uncomfortable.

FIGUR shape wear is amazing. They are really comfortable. I can wear it all day with no discomfort.

I wore it for the first time Saturday night to a formal event and it was amazing in particular the toilet situation was extra amazing lol

First time ordering with figure. Ordering easy delivery fast product of great quality down side is the back fat factor I have to buy another bra with a thicker band to accommodate and hide this, to be able yo pull it over the figur shorts. I now notice in the pics when ordering the models also have the bra pulled over. May be useful to make comments on having a thicker bra to assist that.

I’ve always worn shapewear and have never found something that does exactly what it is supposed to like FIGUR. It does not roll down, the legs don’t roll up-it’s firm in the right places without being painful-also true to size. I’ve worn it for hours without any discomfort or sweat marks! I’ve also managed to get the hang of having a wee without taking it off-easy peasy, tip your pelvis and lean forward a little! Excellent shapewear-I’ve thrown away everything else I’ve ever bought-won’t wear any other brand now! Would recommend to everyone 🥰

PERFECTION! This shapewear is the best on the market in my opinion. I’ve worn big pants for years from all of the high street shops which I thought were good, until I tried these! The are sooo slimming, they keep me in nice and tight without being uncomfortable, they don’t roll up or down, they flatten my mum tum and smooth my cellulite and you don’t have to take them off when you go to the toilet as there’s a flap you move to the side which is a game-changer! They are an investment but 100% worth it as they wash so well and I wear them every day. I’ve also got the shorts in black and have the skirt too. I feel a million dollars in them!

Love love love these! I have the shorts and they are amazing. Make sure you go true to size and get the right frame. I’m 5’7 and got the tall ones and have no issues. The best thing about these is you don’t have to take them off to use the loo! Game changer… they feel so supportive in all my concern areas but don’t compress my bum or cut it!
