People here complaining about blocked accounts.. this is just for AML procedures and they will re-activate your account if everything is alright...they are not scammers...they are professionals..sometimes they dont respond but they are working on your case. I have been locked out of my MyFin account for 30 days now. Every time I try to log in, I get an error saying: "Wrong phone number or password." I am 100% sure my credentials are correct.
When I contacted customer support, they told me my account is restricted and that I have to wait for their team to respond. Meanwhile, I have â¬3,000 in my account that I cannot access. There has been no clear explanation or timeline for resolution.
