I got scammed â¬450 through a written agreement to purchase something through Wallapop and after reporting to Spanish, Italian and Bulgarian police Myfin refuses to send me the money back.

I have tried to verify my account multiple times, but each time I receive a message saying that my registration is being processed and to try again later. I have been waiting for a long time without any updates or clear responses from customer support.
MyFin Withheld My â¬228 and Ignores My Support Requests
I recently attempted to add â¬228 to my MyFin account. The amount was deducted from my debit card and appears in my MyFin statement, but it was never credited to my account balance. When I made the transaction, it initially showed as unsuccessful, yet the money was still taken from my debit card.
I have contacted MyFin support multiple times, but they have completely ignored my messages. It has been 3 days with no resolution, no response, and no explanation. This is unacceptable for a financial Service.

I am extremely disappointed with MyFin's handling of my blocked account. Despite providing all required documents, including my CCP statement and income details, my account remains blocked, and Iâve received no response from support.
This is causing significant stress as I urgently need access to my funds to cover my elderly parentâs hospitalization expenses. The lack of communication and urgency from MyFin is unacceptable, especially during such a critical time.
I hope MyFin resolves this immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

A week ago I messaged that I got scammed from Spain and sent the notice with a police report, now I receive the ansawer... and this bank is taking it wayyy too calmly. I'm pretty sure that despite the transfer was quite hefty, my money won't come back and the criminal in question will still roam free, because of course online money theft is unpunished.

I created my account today and did the verification but so far it has not yet been approved and whenever I want to complete the KYC filling out the error I contacted support and so far no response, if my case is resolved I will give another opinion. I'm currently going through a situation that support could resolve, but unfortunately, as I said, they don't answer me, today is 11/4/2024, if you have a solution, I'll give you another opinion.

What a shi t service the Belgian government is providing. If you make people do all their taxes online, then make sure that is works smooth! What a waste of my time. The server this tool is running on is very slow and it crashes 50% of the time. Uploading documents? I wish it were even possible.

Hello, I created my account a few weeks ago, I made a transfer of â¬300 from one of my accounts then I received a transfer of â¬1500 and â¬2000 from two friends. Then I tried to make a bank transfer of â¬999, but just after that the transfer was not taken into account and I could no longer access my account, I got an email from customer service telling me that my account is in temporary verification. I sent all the documents that the bank asked me but after its radio silence I received no concrete response from the bank even though I urgently need the funds available in my account to settle very urgent personal needs, thank you to take my request into account and also remove the restriction on my account, thank you.

A scamming bank which will take your money and never return it. One of the user of this bank scammed my money through this bank and i tried to contact them to block the transfer. However, I wrote to them and they said nothing can be done. They also refused the chargeback claim from my bank. Don't ever deal with this bank, awful!
