Great meals for the team
Quick and easy meals with such good value. I love the simplicity it brings to daily life and that the easy to follow instructions make it easy for one of the kids to take over the dinner plans for the night.

Food yum, package issues tho
Are really enjoying the food.
Sometimes the ice bags that are packed in have holes in, so as the melt the box and ingredients get all soggy, also a couple of the meat packages have not been sealed correctly and the turkey one we got for christmas leaked all through the fridge.

The meals are simple and easy. Explains in simple terms as well. Delicious taste. Sizes are perfect. My partner and I buy the 4 person meals. So we both get lunches for the next day. I’ve tried other companies and haven’t changed since coming to bargain box been having it for at least 6 months now

Very unprofessional customer service
Very unprofessional customer service, they refuse to take responsibility for their actions after sending emails that contradict themselves . The automatic email states that my subscription has been cancelled and has no subscription number attached which is very misleading as I am continuing to get charged and have boxes being delivered this weekend. When trying to address this issue with them they hung up on my phone call. As a long time loyal customer I am very disappointed in how poorly they have treated this situation and would not recommend their service to anyone.

Won’t take No!!!
My daughter got a promo code for 50% off to try foodbag… great. Unfortunately it went through twice in the same week and the second time charged the full amount. There is no check to query why somebody has or computer glitches and you end up with 2 food bags of the same content for 1 week. So we cancel everything, supposedly remove our payment method only to discover another payment has been taken.

MyFoodBag is great
MyFoodBag is great, the recipes are easy to follow, I love that they include so many NZ companies, from the meat to the sauces etc. everything is fresh and tasty and generous portions. Also their weekly offers/free gifts are amazing 👏🏼
I’ve been using it for 2-3 months now and just love not having to go to the supermarket or think about what to cook!

Takes away haveing to decide what to cook fot meals.
Saves on food wastage as food delivered is the amount required for reciepes.

I'm enjoying having a variety of recipes to choose from and not having to think about what to cook or whether I have the ingredients.
It would be nice to have a few more quick and easy recipes for working people who really don't have that much time or energy for lengthy preparation time.

Food is normally fresh and menus take a lot of stress out of meal times. Only criticism is that sometimes the fresh produce such as the fruit and vege is close to expiring.
