My Food Bag レビュー 

With hubby away for over a week, I ordered Ready Made Meals for one. The main reason was to have nutritious meals easy to heat and heat after a long day at work.
In the past, when I have been on my own, cheese & crackers or an egg on toast have sufficed! Cooking for one not my favourite activity 😊
The meals were fantastic - 3 weeks, 4 meals for the working nights. I reheated in the oven & in 20minutes had a tasty, healthy meal.
Will use again!

Have been using My Food Bag on and off for years and overall have been happy and would consider myself a loyal customer. I have also recommended many people to My Food Bag. I was heading away so paused my delivery for a week, which was on a Saturday. On the Monday I had an email saying my order was out for delivery for the coming weekend! (In 6 days time). On the Monday morning I quickly contacted My Food Bag explaining I paused it on Saturday as I knew I would be away. They shut me down, saying there is no way they could change it as they had already started processing the order. They were not interested in the fact this could have been an online error or even interested in listening and accommodating me in any way. I contacted them many times saying I had paused that week and maybe it was an error on their end, also stating that I am a loyal customer who loves MFB! I asked them not to deliver as I was away and the food would go to waste. They delivered anyway and of course the food went to waste, sitting outside for days. I will not pay for this out of principal. This food could have gone to someone in need, if they had just listened to me!! They do not look after their customers and have since sent me to debt collection company for that one delivery. I feel very let down by this company, I will fight this out of principal.
They do not care for their loyal customers or listen to what they are saying. This is so wrong and highly disappointing. After recommending so many people to this kiwi company, I will now be telling people to stay away! Go elsewhere.

We have had consistently utterly delicious, healthy meals, fresh and great quality ingredients, deliveries on time, communication excellent. Love, love, love My Food Bag… takes care of the dreaded “what shall we have for dinner tonight?” moments too.

Love the automation, variety and quality of food!

If I could give it a zero I would. They send you boxes when you don't expect them and they are not flexible and not understanding. I didn't receive an email to confirm a delivery so was sent it anyway. No chance to change or cancel there is no flexibility what so ever.

We absolutely love My Food Bag. We have decided to give the Fresh Start option a go. The meals so far have been delicious, easy to make, lovely fresh ingredients. I love having the convenience of knowing what meals I will make during the week. Keep up the great work team ❤️❤️❤️

I love the readymade single serve meals! They suit my lifestyle perfectly - I order quite a few at once & pop them into the freezer on delivery, then I take one out each day. The variety of meals & the quality ingredients exceed my expectations every time. Thank you for providing a great service My Food Bag!

I have been receiving deliveries for sometime and the quality of meat and vegetables is excellent. Delivery comes in the correct time slot and is well packaged. I continue to appreciate the service My Food Bag provides and the menu options offered. Thank you

I have loved receiving my Ready Made meals weekly during recovery from surgery.
The My Food Bag App is user friendly and easy to set up.
There is a good variety of nutritious seasonal and tasty meals available each week. They are so easy to heat, or cook and eat. I am a great fan of the sustainable environmentally friendly packaging. Meals arrive without hassle at a predetermined time each week. You can stop your meals at any time, change the number you recieve on any given week and they even offer a shop now to bring additional products like cheese, bread milk.
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I don't like orders being placed without notice - that food tends to be wasted/thrown out and I'm almost at the point where I'd be better off cancelling.

I am disabled, and don't have the energy to cook all my meals. The ready made meals are so helpful for me. They are well balanced and taste amazing

The variety of choices and portion sizes is great.

We've had great experiences with getting bargain box delivered. Everything arrives well packaged and on time with everything accounted for. It gives us the opportunity as a family to try some meals we otherwise wouldn't, we enjoy our meal experiences very much!

Highly recommend avoiding this company. After ordering with a coupon the coupon was found to be invalid (didn't realise it could only be used after 12 weeks) and the company retrospectively charged me full price without my authorisation and refused to cancel the order (despite me contacting them immediately). If the code is no longer valid then the option should be provided to cancel the order, not charge an unauthorised amount. It seems highly deceptive and immoral. Yes it is in their terms and conditions but that doesn't make it legal. I think this company needs to be taken to the Commerce Comission.

The recipes are delicious.

Came back to My Food Bag after a break and there are a few things that concern me. Firstly, the online booking system isn't user friendly and isn't clear when you are placing the order. Next is the lack of a reminder when your next booking is due. I was getting fortnightly deliveries and had a reminder of what I was missing for the week in between deliveries but no reminder when the next booking was required. Hence you have to contend with a delivery that you haven't chosen and do not want. The other thing is that not all of the meals I have received have been very nice. I had a very dry chicken curry dish recently. Any communication with the Company is met with no consideration so consequently, I have
cancelled my subscription and won't be returning.

Would put minus 1 star if I could no compassion or empathy and the customer service sucks

No I ain’t calling you lot are a scam and will be out of business soon. Iv talked to many people who have had the same issues you lot are a disgrace!! Can’t wait for the day you are no longer scamming people and in business until then I’ll be warning everyone NOT to use you guys and to look at all the reviews of the same bullying tactics you use!!!

Looks like a good deal but just a NZ scam, Just looked around the site that I havn't used since 2016 and now Ive got box arriving with food that I dont like the look of that I havn't paid for, and now you say I must pay for it otherwise debt collection will be involved. Dont tell me to call or email your "company"as I have done both and you just dont care! I suggested that you have a text alert the night before you "lock In" your orders to stop people being ripped off and also have the cancellation easier to find. You send no e-mails or contact to let people know that by them looking around your website they are now on a subscription with you. You say you're the Customer love team, but you really dont care and just want the money made by your shoddy website.

Always fresh ingredients and new menus, giving us a great variety of cuisines which we wouldn’t normally try. Delivery is fast and meals always delicious

We love having convenient and nutritious meals available in the freezer for those nights when we arrive home tired and hungry. Winter wellness at its best.
