The service I received was excellent Engineer was pleasant and helpful really pleased with the repair couldn’t fault him

The man was very polite and had a great personality

The length of time from my initial claim to it actually being fixed was months

Dislike given a time slot which did not happen, the engineer arrived 1hour and 20mins later he stated he was not given a time slot. I would have appreciated a phone or text message to let me know.

Very happy with the service, the on call person was knowledgeable and thorough with the process.

Genuinely dealt with all the issues i had and solved most of it. The only thing he couldn't fix was due to a lack of parts and that wasn't even his fault as it wasn't ordered. Still with the parts at hand, he did a great job.

Great quick help.

The person has bwwn very practical and helpful to tear my sofa. Thanks.

Quick response, good service, friendly chap.

Good service

Full process clearly explained. Happy with quality of the work on initial inspection. Professional approach.

The guy who came over was lovely and did an amazing job. The furniture was left as good as new! Only issue is that the gentleman doesn't have all items on his list to repair so he could only do 3 or the 4 items.

Kept fully up to date when the part was expected and appointment and visit by the tradesman Brian was when they said.

Very professional engineer, arrived early and did a great job making the stain almost invisible, would definitely recommend

Great service from start to finish big shout out to the guy who came to fix my settee he was so professional and good at his job well done well recommended

Great service the technician who attended was very knowledgeable about your furniture and carried out repair very quickly

Arrived on time and sorted the issue on the day. Polite operative. Happy to reccomend.

Great friendly fast service. I was kept informed at all times and the service engineer rang to say what time he would arrive. Very satisfied with the repair and advice given if I need future repairs.

Exceptional service from the booking which was easy, user friendly and efficient to the visits. Both Ryan & Lee who visited the house were super friendly, explained everything in full and were thorough in investigation and fixing the issue. No mess or fuss left behind and always kept me informed so special mention to them both! A credit to your company
If I could pick on one slight area for improvement it would be the time waiting for an appointment can take a week or so which is me being very picky.
Still a 10/10 service!
