Firstly anyone who has put a bad review on here is not being truthful or not researched properly what the procedure process was.
I had the best experience, everything was explained, the doctors and team were amazing. Even when I had concerns they immediately rectified them and you couldn’t tell now I’ve had a hair transplant. People go to Europe to have it done and have no support, then spend more money on travelling back to that country or paying privately to have it resolved. These guys honestly are fantastic super responsive, very reasonable price and experts.
If you are looking to have a hair transplant make them your first point of call.

Had a really good service was really nervous to start with bit made to feel at ease wasn't anything as bad as I was expecting. Hopfully the results follow the same !

Can’t fault the work done here. Staff were fantastic…friendly and I only had the FUE transplant 15 hours ago but it looks as though the work has been done to a fantastic standard. Procedure was fully explained to me and I went through a medical questionnaire. Spoke with the doctor where we drew out on my forehead the desired hairline. Then numerous painful anesthetics later and the 4-5 hour procedure began which was mostly pain free. For anyone wanting the procedure it is mentally tough to lay there for this period of time but after entering the surgery at 0800 I was done by 1630. After care procedure fully explained and medication and leaflets on do’s and do nots given with me to take away. Was in a lot of pain the first evening and had trouble sleeping the first night but this morning I feel fine. Highly recommend these chaps in harrow. Can’t remember the two guys names who did my procedure but thankyou to them they were fantastic and very patient with me as by the end I was stiff and restless and getting in a bit of a strop lol. What a wonderful experience, the staff were all as pleasant as they were professional. The team of technicians and the main man Dr Alosert were very transparent when it came to explaining the before and after care details, and were very empathetic and easy to talk to.

It’s too early to talk about results, but so far it sure does look perfect. Dr Alosert helped select the most natural looking hairline possible.

Brilliant surgeon,Made to feel comfortable and was explained how the process would go and very good results after 3 months and extremely happy after my 6 month review overall good experience..Met the surgeon in person for my 6 month review Which I preferred gave me peace of mind and feel a phone call and sending pictures isn’t a good idea
