I have had no dealings with this Cyprus-based Company, but the other day they took about $100 from my VISA-creditcard. I have tried to get an explanation but the only answer received is that they don’t recognize me as a customer.
The business consept of the Company is quit mysterious, promising cheap goods if you sign up for a costly subscription with different levels of points. Looks very suspicious, to say the least, and certainly something I would never subscribe to.
I don’t know from where they got information about my creditcard and have of course barred my creditcard, immediately.

I was charged for 2 different amounts but I didn't order something, I've talk to someone 2 times previously and this is my third time, I just want the amount that was took out from me , gladly agent naya was able to resolve my concern and assured she will refund me the amount. I hope the refund will go back to my debit card because I worked hard for it, it's already a high amount if it will be converted to peso.
