We’re sorry to hear about your concern. We would like to clarify that we do not ship to or operate within the United States. We have also attempted to contact you to better understand the situation and help resolve this for you.

At this stage, it appears there may be a misunderstanding or that the charge may be coming from a different company. We recommend checking the transaction details on your bank statement for more information.

We apologise for the poor customer service and your experience that didn't turn out as expected. Upon review, your first email was not received as you sent it to the wrong email address. We received your forwarded email on the 13th of Sept. and our support sent you an email on the 14th, and another email on the 17th letting you know that we have processed a replacement order.

Once again, we want to express our sincere apologies for the miscommunication, it was our mistake, and we are completely responsible for it. We were so sorry to hear about the negative experience. We looked into the situation and found the oversight with our support team. While we are investigating the whereabouts of your parcel it turns out that your order was damaged during transit. We sent you an email on the 5th of July informing you that we have processed a refund and we sent out a replacement order for the damaged items as an apology.

It wasn’t our intention to disappoint you. But we feel fully responsible for what happened and for any inconvenience, this may have caused you.

We sincerely apologise for the poor customer service that you have experienced. Upon review, it shows you purchased on the 30th of Dec. and our company was closed at that time. We have then processed a full refund as soon as we re-opened.

While we strive to provide the best possible service, unfortunately, we failed to explain that the refund will take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

The experience you had is not a representation of who we are as a company. We're reaching out as we want to make it up to you. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by our previous shipment error. We accidentally sent you the wrong amount of product and we understand that this may have caused frustration and disappointment.

We’re understaffed and in transition, during those times you emailed us so we missed out on your query, but that's no excuse for the way you were treated. We take full responsibility for this oversight and assure you that we’re committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
