What made my Experience great was the getting back to me almost immediately

They informed me that the product I was trying to purchase had sold out and would notify me when it’s available again

I ordered my Diabetes bracelet on the 19th and the shipping tracking shows the item in Montebello Ca through SHOP app and it has been saying that for days now. I reached out to their email customer service and no responses at all. I think they are a scam and need to be reported and spread all over the internet and social media to stay away!!!!!!!

It did not take too long for the bracelet to arrive in the post.
The staff of Medi Friend are genuinely supportive of me and to be honest I am very happy I have received this bracelet.
It just shows if anything went wrong a medic would know what to do.

On my first purchase a malfunction rendered it unusable. Months later medifriend reached out and I explained and right away they went ahead and sent me a new one, no questions no hassle, just great things to say.

I had my Pacemaker fitted on the 9th March 2021. Nobody would know that I had one, (Pacemaker), so when I saw MyMediFriend on line, I thought I would give them a go. When I saw that I could get it in gold, I ordered 2, as they were on special. I wear one on each arm and the gold doesn't tarnish. I can't wear silver as I get such a rash. I have ordered other gold jewelery from other online places and I get rashes and the gold turns to silver. MyMedi is the only place that I will order from. Wish they would do more gold jewelry. I ordered my bracelet ,it got a bit delayed ,got in touch with you and it arrived shortly after ,my fault ,I hadn’t given it enough time ,when it arrived I was so pleased with it ,I had ordered the chain link blood thinner bracelet ,it is so feminine! Looks lovely and dosent look obtrusive ,looks like another piece of fashion jewlery ! I would recommend this to everyone !

I ordered a bracelet but, when I received it, it was too small. The company very kindly made me another one which fits fine. They did NOT charge me for this.

I oyand received the silvery slim type 2 diabetes bracelet and I'm really ruff on jewelry with all that I do for a living but I wore it 24/7 but it broke after a month and a half. I was going to take it to jewelry store but mymedifriend emailed to check in on me and the bracelet so I let them (alex) know about it breaking and they have a year guarantee so the send me a new one for free but it was wrong style bracelet so I let alex at medifriend know and they are sending me the correct one for free and I get to keep the other one also. They have given me also a 50 percent off next purchase.they have been so nice and respectful and stay in touch and don't ignore emails. I love this company and love my bracelet.i feel so much safer with it on.

HAVING RECEIVED MY ORDER WITHIN A WEEK WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY GOOD SERVICE I FOUND THAT THE BRACLET WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH SO I SENT THEM AN E-MAIL EXPLAINING MY SITUATION AND THEY RESPONDED BY ASKING ME TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO AN ADDRESS IN LONDON WHICH I DID ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT THEY WOULD SEND ME THE LARGER BRACELET WHICH THEY DID WITHIN A WEEK

I am always reluctant to buy anything on Facebook, but this medical bracelet looked very important. So, I ordered one, it took a while to arrive and when it did it was too small. I immediately sent an email to support, and they agreed to replace is with the larger size. I just received it, and I love it!

I really really love it because sometimes my sugar drops and get the shakes. And you'll are so nice..I think everyone should have one .

The bracelet was too big and hard to take on and off. I have contacted them 3 times for return authorization. No reply. Their ad says Money Back Guarantee. FULL REFUND if it doesn’t work out.
I finally heard from them and got the credit. I’m sorry it didn’t work out.

After writing a scathing review regarding 2 "Blood Thinner" bracelets which turned out to be too small to fit around my wrists (see Meurig Jones review dated 31/7/26). I was contacted again by customer services who informed me that 2x larger sized replacements were being despatched to me. Sure enough around 07 August '26 they were delivered and restored my confidence once again in the company after all I'd written.

My bracelet was a size too large. I explained this to the company and the guy said that they would be happy to replace with a smaller one, one size less, but that they would have to make it specially. Not alone was that done but I wasn't charged any extra for the new one. Its a perfect fit , looks good and is very comfortable. Thank you so much. I recommend and rate this company highly.

I ordered a mymedifriend bracelet which unfortunately was too tight. When I contacted Mymedifriend I had to return at my expense and provide the tracking number and photos of the returned package which I did.
The return address on the original sent package is apparently incorrect and Mymedifriend are not responding to emails asking for a refund or replacement larger size bracelet.

When I ordered my Medi Bracelet I didn’t realise the length wasn’t long enough. By the off chance I contacted them to see if there was a bigger size fortunately there was and without any hesitation they asked me to return the ordered item and they would replace it with the longer version, it wasn’t very long before I was wearing it. I Cannot fault the efficient way they handled the issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future.
