I ordered two bracelet's one for type 2 diabetes 7 the other for Blood Thinner, I am not a big man & the bracelets were too small for my Wrist. I e-mailed them telling them that & they replied & told me about the larger one & they sent me the bigger ones and am very happy with them both. I had a wonderful experience with them.

I love my bracelet. Wearing it makes me feel confident that if i have an accident at home or outside, then medical team knows that I am on blood thinners. It could make all the difference in the way they treat me and could save my life. I love the style of it too. I haven't taken it off since I received it in the post. Thank you.

Ordered 2 Blood Thinner bracelets and a key ring which arrived on 30th July. When I opened the package things were well presented in a small velvet pouch but wjen I took the bracelets out it was immediately obvious they were never going ti fit my wrist and I am by no means a big man. I tried to get one on but could not without the help of my wife but it constricted my wrist so much as be too uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. I immediately sent an email to info@my medifriend.com supposedly Customer Service to which I have had no acknowledgement or respose.
I am not at all impressed!

Ordered 2 Blood thinner bracelets which were duly delivered however these must have been designed for "stick insects". By no means have have I got thick wrists, but on complaining was told I could exchange them for larger sized replacements and was given an address in London to return them to a John Peterson who it seems does not exist because just over a week later my package was returned to me as undelivered by Royal Mail with reason "addressee gone away" sticker covering the address label. Seems like a scam and no support from Shopify who handled the financial transaction. Needless to say there has been no response to subsequent e-mails I've sent.

I have received the bracelet at this time. It had taken much longer than thought it would. Like it very well!!!!!

Out of interest, the bracelets were quite large & difficult to put on, so took to local jewellers who amended with magnetic clasps for small fee, job done!

I ordered the blood thinner bracelet for my husband. Too bad he won’t be able to use it as he is a big man and it’s too small for his wrist. I have emailed customer service several times asking if they have any extensions but cannot get them to respond. Another reason why I hate ordering from Facebook and Spotify, there vendors customer service support sucks!!

Nice fit very important bracelet for me. If I fall and start bleeding, the paramedics know what to do. Being a senior is important that I have this bracelet on at all times. Thank you, thank you thank you

I cannot find out how to complain.

Hi my medi bracelet is lovely, i havent had it long and it is broken, so glad I was at home, to be able to gather everything up, not sure where to go from here, i hope I can get a refund, I bought the necklace aswell, seems to be ok at the moment, sorry I bring bad news, Thank you , Paula Bernhard

Was sent the wrong bracelet, emailed customer service. They replied very quickly. They kept me informed of everything that was happening. I received the right bracelet. I can't thank them all very much. The one bracelet has now been donated. If anyone is hovering about buying a bracelet, I would say get one it could save your life. I ordered x2 Blood Thinner bracelets. They are a perfect size for my hubby. I love the clasp is different - less chance off loosing!
There was a problem with the courier. The team stepped in to help twice with no resolve there BUT new bracelets were sent and arrived. Great customer service communication via email ftom the team.
