The product & delivery is very good. but...

The product & delivery is very good.
But the customer assistance has no sense of etiquette when making reply.

He/she has no effort to research for me.
They are replying with exclamation mark. That is shouting!!
Not good. The name is Paige.

Example: "I mention this to you already on last msg!! this is not possible!!"

I checked every sent message and Paige never said what you put in quotes, but she does use a lot of exclamation points. She doesn't intend to be rude by it but we have asked her to dial them back now that we realize they can be bothersome. However, we did want to stress the urgency of you needing to contact eBay immediately as the order was already in route to their global shipping center from our location and they are the only ones who have the ability to change a global shipping address. Good price

Good price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. They were able to get me the part I needed, and checked to make sure the part was correct for my vehicle before shipping.

I was really disappointed that I placed…

I was really disappointed that I placed an order using my credit card payment was done only to be refunded a couple of days later. I then phoned in to find out what went wrong and was informed that you do not ship to South Africa. I have dealt with numerous companies in America and this has never been a problem. I even suggested that I get my own freighting company to collect but was told this is not possible. Why? I do not understand. Please refer back to me.

I have since learn't that this was not MyMoparts problem and the problem lies with ebay who refused to ship the parcel based on the size.

I will deal directly with MyMoparts in the future.

We do ship to South Africa when you order direct, but your only order through us was on eBay to the global shipping center. We ship to eBay and they ship internationally to you, we don't even see your location. We did ship it to eBay and they got it, but then they cancelled the order without our permission as even though they confirmed they can ship to South Africa, they stated this was over their size allowance. I'm sending you an email to see if we can address this for you without eBay getting in the middle of it, thank you!

This dealer had the car part I needed.
I ordered the part from them and paid.
They shipped the correct part to me.
I shipped them back the core.
They sent me a check for the core deposit.
Everyone did their job in a prompt manner with no errors.
