Initially wasn’t a good experience

Initially wasn’t a good experience. After making purchase, several days later was informed part wasn’t available. When later asked to provide high rating, I responded I couldn’t under the circumstances. A senior person contacted me, explained they had errored, the part was available, and I received it quickly. Very satisfied with how the issue was resolved. Good communication and follow through.

Poor service

I attempted to order a part the called me to verify my vin took my money then I get an email saying it was discontinued and they would be sending me a refund how did they not know it was discontinued when they called me? Why did it show in stock? I won’t be shopping with them ever again

I am sorry to hear this. Our website host, revolution parts, powers the vast majority of online OEM websites and they don't have the ability to link into our physical inventory. We have called their competitors and we have not found anyone who can do so. We have discovered a workaround though it requires some coding and a lot of spreadsheets but we hired a data guy to take care of this and soon, we will be one of the only Mopar websites, if not the only one, that has accurate quantities and ETA on our entire website, spanning nearly 300,000 part numbers. Your order was refunded less than 24 hours after you placed it and I'd be happy to provide you a discount or shipping speed upgrade in the future, for your trouble.

how to screw upsn order

You sent the wrong part. Wrong part number and everything. The local dealership just happened to have the right part.
The bolt you sent was the wrong length, wrong diameter, as well as the wrong part number.
You couldn't have messed it up any worse.

Perfect fit

Perfect fit. Part makes the passenger side of the vehicle look brand new. Couldn't beat the price. Next time I need a part for the dodge I will be checking back. Thanks.
