missing items

I didn't get the film you place on the tags so that you can iron them onto the kids' clothes. They are a bit annoying to remove from the paper. Personally, I think they're overpriced for what they are.

Hi Tracy - I've checked your order and you don't need the silicone paper as you've ordered and received stickers. Please refer to the colour sticker instructions. If you're having problems removing the stickers from the backing paper, please could you send an email to sales@mynametags.mt with a photo of the sticker and we can get back to you there. Thanks!
